Thank u Joe .john u guys r the best. 12/12/16 Today I went again to the best pawn shop in ct yankee peddler. Let me tell u something people they got everything when I tell u everything is everything. I was looking for a game for my son Xbox1 I went to walmart Best Buy & they sold out. But I went to yankee pawn for something else & guess what they had the game. This place got it all. Mi gente este pawn shop tiene todo cuando yo te di go todo es todo. Yo estaba buscando un juego para el Xbox te mi hijo I fuie a muchos sitio i no los tenia. Pero el pawn shop yankee lo tenia que cosa. Ellos tiene te todo I los presios son bien Bueno. Tienen que ir pa que vean. i los muchacho que trabajan a i son bien Amable gracias

My wife and I find that doing business with Yankee Peddler & Pawn is a very pleasant experience. Joe and his staff are just great people.....very friendly, helpful, and most of all, HONEST! We have put our full confidence and trust in these fine people when things get a little hard to manage and money is tight, leaving some very sentimental pieces of jewelry as collateral for cash. You leave their establishment feeling comfortable that your belongings are safe and secure. Every transaction that we have engaged in was handled very quickly and professionally. Great location and knowledgeable staff! I love stopping by this store as Joe and the staff are really helpful, kind, always friendly and eager to wait help you out. I visit often as the inventory is constantly changing and this is an awesome place to find that things you thought about, have been looking for or always wanted at prices that are too good to pass up. The store is always organized, neat, and clean which makes it very easy to find items one might need. I have bought an array of items from them including a well-kept vehicle. I always tell others about how great this place is. The inventory is awesome and the guys are great.

This is a classy establishment unlike the other local non-competition. Hands down exceptional service. Staff is fair and friendly. Negotiable on merchandise. Everything for sale is usually top of the line. Price reflects quality. If you need a loan or to sell always fair. Ive bought and sold many items with these guys and Ive always had a good experience. When I was moving I had a few bulky electronic items that I didnt want to bring to my new home so I brought them down and got a fair price. I had a really good experience when I bought a camera from these guys, long story short after a few days I noticed it wasnt working right and they let me return it with no hassles. Ive been to other pawn shops in the area and this place is the nicest and cleanest one.

one of the rudest pawn shops on this side of the river. Can barely get anyone to help you and IF someone DOES finally help you, you better pray to god you dont have a question. Extremely off putting. Their prices are borderline ebay prices, Id rather shop on ebay at least I wont get a pissy employee

The store is pretty large for a pawn shop. The employees were pretty friendly and helpful. The inventory selection is ever changing and fairly vast. You never know what you may find. Pricing can be hit or miss but there are some deals to be had.
