I was not allowed refills because I went back to my car to get the cups, although they refused to look at the security camera. After agreeing to pay full price I was treated very poorly as the older man demanded to know why I had done it. I called for an expination and I was hung up on.

The guy got mad cuz i threw away four cup lids. Which were visibly dirty, and sticky when touched. He then stood next to me and wouldnt break eye contact until i finally put a clean top on my cup..dont get mad at me, clean your store.
