a bunch of lying sheisty crooks. went in to get a new phone because my original phone was "dying off the network and would soon no longer be operational". i was due for an upgrade so ok... i was of course talked into changing my service plan to "something less expensive since i wasnt using all of the data associated with it". so...great! a chance to lower my bill. only to find out that i was given a higher data plan which would incur data access fees because of the amount of data that would now be at my disposal. insurance was also added to my devices without my permission. on top of all of that, the actual store visit was ridiculous. one of the guys at the front desk had a serious attitude problem and would not acknowledge me waiting there for someone to help me. the new guy at the desk was giving me information that was useful while his manager kept saying that he didnt know what he was talking about ...while all along, the kid DID know what he was talking about. the manager who was the one that ended up helping me with my transaction spent most of the time flirting with the employees. one of the employees asked if he could get the commission off of my sale which would lead me to wonder if this is the reason for all of the extra charges and excessive fees that showed up contrary to what the guys was telling me. unfortunately this is the only store that is close to me that does services and repairs :/

The absolute worst service. Broken phone, which they tested and agreed was broken. Turned us away, told us to come back the next day. It took us an hour to get there, we live 25 miles away and they are the nearest Sprint store that does repairs. Told us to call the next day and ask for Matt because the guy "helping us" was not working the next day. Called and asked for Matt, Matt hands to the phone to the guy who turned us away (oh, hi, liar, you were working the next day). The guy tells us he did an AE. Told to wait 2-3 days for phone to come in. Waited 9 business days and no phone came in. Called today and was told there is NO AE ticket and to come in. Unacceptable. I will be demanding a refund for the service we paid to Sprint for 10 calendar days that we did not receive on account of these awful, incompetent people. DO not use their store! Go to 1 Loudoun or Waxpool/Rte 28 instead.

Worst experience EVER!!! I have been with sprint for over 12 years and I have never been so misled. No one in that store on Rt 7 in Leesburg knows what they are doing. It is a circus of immature children playing around and a comedy of errors at MY expense. My monthly bill was over $100 more than they quoted me in store and they lied/misinformed me about return policy so I am now stuck with a phone and line that I do not need!!!!! VERY VERY VERY disappointed in the service I received. I will be leaving sprint as soon as it is possible without it costing me my first born!!! I ended up spending over an hour on the phone with a sprint representative having them help me adjust it down to where i was promised. DONT LISTEN TO THE SUB PAR AND INCORRECT information that the store workers will give you make sure you READ EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Worse managers ever! Upgrading my phone was the biggest hassle ever. From what was supposed to be a quick processes turned into endless hours in the store and not getting call backs from the person whos supposed to be running the store. To a customer rep who knew nothing. And of course all they did was pass the blame to the next guy or say how the person before them messed everything up. Point is they dont know anything. This store is pointless..and not point going to the one at the town center because most of the same idiots work there too. Just stay away from sprint

The store represents a mediocre company by provision poor service. In between the corporate and the the stores, including this one, none would unlock a phone which was paid in full. *********************************************** (2016) Misleading information provided. I walked in to buy an iPhone 6S and I was told that leasing was the only option. I asked about the possibility of not having a contract and I was told that is possible- but an ID and SSN was inquired. I said no and walked out.

I would give them negative 10 stars, dont go there, no one has any clue as what they are doing, you will go there every week more than you go to your own home but nothing gets fixed PERIOD. They are bunch of liars and crooks, the guy Raahimi in the store has no knowledge what so any, he doesnt know how to use a smart phone to make even calls, dont know about how to do a contract activate and even charge phones.... Stay away to stay out of trouble.

As the others have said stay away im debating filing a formal complaint with sprint no sense of urgency from the employees i went on Sunday afternoon and waited half an hour for service...once they finished with their customers they told me they could not preform the simple phone swap i needed (which took 10mins online). ...also another customer came in and complained about being misled about the return policy and could not return her case

I went in because my phone quit working and I didnt know how to fix it or get it to turn back on. The sales associate working there, Matt was such a big help and got it working again. My phone is old however and I needed an upgrade because this wasnt the first time my phone had done this. Matt was very passionate and answered all of my questions and helped me get my new phone! Thanks so much Matt!

Went in to upgrade my phone, wait was wasnt bad for a busy Saturday. The manager was very helpful (and kinda cute), he saved me quite a bit of money on my upgrade.
