I was directed to Lingerie Etc. by secrets , from whom I received excellent service but was treated rudely by a woman who claims to be the owner of the store, she was speaking in the same sarcastic manner to 2 of her employees while I and others were shopping loud enough for everyone to hear and it made me uncomfortable I seriously doubt this woman is he owner asked to speak to a manger or owner to make a complaint, anyone whose bread and butter depends on customer service acts accordingly so if you are looking for intimate products I high recommended Secrets on Concord Blvd. and strongly warn you about the horrible service at Lingerie etc., I must say the nice young man who did ring me up was great, I hope for his sake this woman is not his only boss.

I didnt even shop here. I arrived 10 minutes before close. Open sign was on, one car sitting in parking lot, lights on.... And the door was locked and no one in visible sight inside... I will never shop here for this sole reason.. If you cant be open when your hours state you should be open... Then you dont deserve to own a business let alone have my service as a consumer....
