Un Tide

I went to this location to buy some pants and realized I had forgotten my wallet. I had my phone with me and have a card loaded to use Samsung pay. I placed my phone to the card reader and it accepted my cards details. I was then informed by the cashier I was not allowed to pay with Samsung pay. I asked why and informed them that the machine had already accepted my cards details and all that needed to be done was hit okay to complete my purchase. She then told me that I was not allowed to pay with Samsung pay because it was against corporate policy to allow a customer to pay with Samsung pay. I requested to speak with a manager and before I spoke to her the cashier told her that she wouldnt allow me to pay with my phone. When I spoke to the manager (Melissa) she told me it was corporate policy. I left the store and contacted Old Navy (GAP) corporate office and after speaking to a representative confirmed that there is no policy against accepting Samsung pay. I contacted the store again after talking to corporate. I once again talked to Melissa and after realizing who was calling she refused to cooperate and offered no apology. I was only given a rude attitude. I was lied to by both the cashier and the manager at this location. I have no idea why I was lied to. The manager there treated me poorly and did nothing to try correct the issue, a simple apology would have gone a long way with me.

Prices higher than most around here but better range of sizes especially for children. But the workers notice a line and take forever to open more registers they just walk around the store talking to each other, then act like nothing and want to be polite when you get up there like that wasnt just SUPER RUDE to make customers wait while they did absolutely NOTHING.

Clothes are cheap and ruin easily. The only positive is they have real good clearance deals for children clothing.

Its a large clean store. This location even has a maternity section, which isnt available in all stores.
