Ojala que ahora que estan re modelando la tienda y cambiando el nombre de Winn-Dixie a Fresco, tambien cambien el staff del Deli, que dejan mucho que desear en atender el cliente, cortesia no cuesta nada no ignorar al cliente que se para frente al counter y el staff se hace el ciego, no hay que ser tân descortes. Managers tomen en cuenta este detalle, muy importante para los clientes.

Really Poor customer service, they have problem with the plastic bag is constantly refilling like there is no enough. I live few blocks from there, I went and at the cash register realized that I left my debit card at home, so I ran and I told the cashier, please save me these package I will be back right away , I get back 4 minutes later and they had stock all my purchase. I tried to talk to customer service and complain about and they did attend me properly. Who ever is in charge of this store, please improve with customer satisfaction not everything is about the coupons.

I have been shopping at this Winn-Dixie for over a year and it is pretty good. However, this store must not be doing so good because they do not have enough shopping bags. EVER !!!! I have mentioned it to the ladies in the front and they say it is because of management. Management wants the customers to use the least amount bags so they dont have to buy them. Dont they realize, that it is an extreme inconvenience to the customers and I usually buy less groceries because I know it is going to be a hassle when checking out. It is ridiculous already!!!

The place is great for your grocery needs but the color scheme is this mustard yellow that is unpleasant to the eyes and shines a yellow to basically most spots of the store giving it a sickly look. But hey thats just the visual aspect, the services and food are exactly what youd expect.
