If only Florida Starbucks employees would train in NYC!! No one has any fire to get the job done in an efficient manner. If you have 5 people in line & 5 people waiting for drinks, than you probably shouldnt have employees stocking with 1 person making drinks! Its morning time folks! Not everyone is retired, and people have to get somewhere! This IS THE ONLY starbucks in this vicinity! Also, if I pay .50cents for some caramel drizzle, a squeeze is not considered "extra"!!

I got a the pink drink which is a strawberry acai refresher but with coconut milk instead of water and the first drink tasted ok but after that it tasted really bad and they put almost no strawberries in it. I got home and dumped the drink. It also took a pretty long time. My experience here was bad.

This year has had big improvement ! Staff now is friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaner. I enjoy when staff can talk about the different notes in the coffees. Ive noticed how the manager works with her team many times to improve keep the place running smoothly.

Always a pleasure visiting the Ellenton Starbucks. The store manager is so nice and friendly and her staff follows suit. Of course the coffee is great but its the friendly service that makes this store tick. Great atmosphere!

They have a "Chatted Cathy" working there that spends a couple minutes talking to all her "regulars". Might sound good but it makes the long line even longer. Its not social hour. Just get my coffee and Ill be on my way.

Its a Starbucks. Meh. This is nothing special. Not particularly clean. Getting a little long in the tooth from wear and tear. Thus, a 3. Not special not terrible. If it just meets expectations its a 3.

Cool store. Install the app to make the transaction faster and lessen the number of cards in your pocket ... sometimes gets busy on the weekends. Recommend.

Great staff, always friendly. Fast service, and clean for the amount of customers. Drinks are always perfect. Make sure to always ask for light ice though.
