Today I attempted to return an over the counter pharmacy purchase to this location. The Pharmacy supervisor, Mike H. treated me without empathy, care or dignity. Shocking that he is a supposed "supervisor" and "pharmacist". After calling Kaiser Permanente pharmacy call center and holding for 10 minutes, I was told by a supervisor that they prefer returns to the location purchased however they would accommodate me. They also said because the original purchase was a Visa debit card and a pin was used it was the same as cash and the card need not be present for a cash refund. The unprofessional and arrogant Mike asked me to lower my voice. I have been hoarse and was merely trying to talk. His mannerisms were haughty and I have NEVER felt more disrespected. There IS NO EXCUSE ACCEPTABLE for ANYONE to feel undignified and especially in the health care field. Im so tired of poor customer service. Whats Kaiser going to do to rectify this anyway? Give me a free hospital night? My already hoarse voice is worse from trying to repeatedly explain something so simple and to be told basically: 1. You followed our return policy but I still dont care who you talked to, I WONT make this simple return and instead I will "bully" and "demean" them. Thanks for NOTHING Kaiser.... I find 99% of the doctors and Specialist to be excellent. The part I find being a member and at the Morse Ave the main problem is their pharmacy and techs that assist the people get attitudes. They argue with you rather then to take the time get someone to check their spam bins to see if the request from your doctor might have gone there.I have had this experience to be the worst. The only reason I continue to use this pharmacy is because its the closest to me. When a patient arrives to get their medication they are there for a reason. They al ready dont feel good let alone deal with a tech or cashier to argue with, and yes they argue with an attitude, they think theyre not replaceable, but everyone is. I love Kaiser Permanente I just hope they take these complaints regarding this Morse Ave Sacramento California pharmacy more serious. Doctors as this goes I have the very best...

Kaiser Pharmacy on Morse has always been decent to me. While the lines can get long, and often they arent staffed enough, or cant take a cash sale, its decent. You go in, as long as youve given them plenty of time to fill the script, you are out without too long of a wait. Bring your credit card. They run out of cash too fast.

The doctors are very unprofessional at the kaiser on morse. I have never dealt with people that are so rude. its very sad that you have to spend time in the hospital and deal with doctors that dont care about your health .

One more thing the next day as Im suppose to be resting, Im looking for my scrip. My normal physicians office at ucd took over to finish helping me get muy meds, and get new back on track..i love UCD MEDICAL
