Recently, I special ordered some wine from Karla at 750 ML. I requested that she call me with the total charges and/or if she had problems getting the wine. When I arrived to pick up the order, she informed me that she could not get several of my selections. When I suggested substitutes, she sneered at my suggestions. Her attitude was unpleasant and very snobbish. Had she called as I requested the unpleasant encounter could have been avoided. Her customer service skills are severely lacking to the point of being non-existent. Consequently, I will not purchase anything else from her store solely based on her treatment of me as a customer. Whatever happened to the premise that the customer is always right?

I wandered into 750ml one day to peruse their selection of reds. I was immediately accosted by a woman asking "just what is it that I needed?" I informed her about my choices concerning red wine and to my amazement she very rudely informed me that they dont carry any of my choices. Upon asking if they could special order them for me she completely ignored me. When I told several of my friends about this bizarre and combative encounter several of them had their own "750ml Horror Stories" Each story came with the same conclusion, none of my friends will ever go back to 750ml again. My suggestion STAY AWAY !

We just moved down the street and are so excited we discovered this place! Our waiter was very genial and had some great suggestions for us and the atmosphere was very sophisticated but relaxed. It wasnt nearly as expensive as I was expecting. We had just eaten dinner before we went, but next time I would like to try the food.

Very cozy wine bar with a decent menu. They have a great wine selection and its a very intimate place for a date or quite dinner. I often see groups there in the back room, even though the place is small. Their food menu is small as well as some portions but everything Ive had is delicious.

Never had a problem with service however, since their recent remodel all food prices have increased and apparently they no longer split the corking fee with everyone in your group. That extra $10 tack onto everyones bill is pretty steep. Remodel looks good, but we wont be back.

You have to check this place out. Finally a cool wine bar in Akron! Atmosphere is great, selection is great, specials on flights, food, etc.. This is the perfect place to come hang out with some friends over a glass of wine.

The amount of wine in this place will blow your mind. The staff is really friendly and will help you find something you like. Food is good too, but dont expect to eat your fill.
