Employees were polite enough, but dont go at lunch or try to plan ahead by reserving a time slot (apparently you can do that too). The physical store was the only place they could fix my problem. AT&T had turned off two of my phones, accidentally, when I tried to activate a replacement unit. The employee knew exactly what to do, did it, and I have been running fine since the appointment (about a week ago from the date of this post). I would use this store again, as it was my 3rd trip and each time the employee has been knowledgeable and able to fix my issue.

Awful. Agent would not help me. Made me call AT&T Fraud Department from the store phone who just transferred me around Customer Care and Billing. The entire time, Im in the store and the employees are just sitting around. The Manager was useless, just shuffling paper. Then after I spend 90 minutes on the phone solving AT&Ts problem, the store doesnt even have a restroom. People were waiting upwards of 40 minutes and no restroom. Ive reported this branch to the BBB. Theyre useless and stealing wages.

After moving back here to Baltimore I needed reliable cell phone service as well as advice on not only what was the best product and more money, but instead I was directed towards a phone that was right for me and my needs. Their patience and professionalism are great every time i go there. Recommended.

Nice friendly service but the wait tines are rediculous be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes waiting before someone cones to attend to you. Im not sure if it is just this branch or the time of the day. Ive been there on evenings around 5-6 pm and I always have a long wait

Had a good experience when switching from our old carrier. The salesperson (Sandeep) was very helpful, and I love my new phone. It didnt take much time, all of our questions were answered, and I didnt feel like we were being given the run around.
