They always seem to be understaffed although theres often many members of their staff around. Manager (Adam) was terrible and had to ask a non manager how to do things. Also, he was confrontational and aggressive. It seems that theres never more than two people serving customers. The phone rings off the hook and no one seems to care. Ive gone there for years but I think Im going to stop. A friend of mine has almost entirely stopped. I would recommend people do the same. Going through last years receipts and found that I spent thousands of dollars on auto parts last year alone. The staff for the most part is knowledgeable and friendly.

I think this is one of the best auto part store at Easton, MD. I always find what Im looking for and If I cant find what Im need they will help how to find it. Very good staff and very helpful on all my shopping there. Recommended for your auto part needs.

Store is always stocked and can usually find what Im looking for. However I pretty much always have to explain things to the employees. I shouldnt have to explain auto parts to an auto parts store employee. Always good service and very polite though

This location has great people who are always really helpful when I go in, and even though Im not exactly a master mechanic, they dont make me feel like an idiot when I dont know what Im doing like other places have. So, thanks guys and girls.

This place is pretty bad, I call they hang up, and people just walk by, bad enough I have to double check an oil filter, they ask is car from Canada, Mexico or United States? Haha its a Honda accord

The selection is good. The staff helpful if you can find them. Its always confusing to try to find someone to check out with as there never seems to Be anyone on station at the register.

Every time I go here there are half a dozen cashiers but only one working. Expect to wait 10 minutes to check out
