this Publix lacks the zest and outgoing customer service from any others I have visited. I live in Ridge Manor and drive there once a week, I have asked manager i.e. managers , 3 times about a new kind of beer called truly sparkling , it has 3 flavors, they cant or neglect to keep anything there but 3 six packs on bottom shelf not even cold in cooler. Come on ! 3 times Ive spoken to managers ? Winn Dixie has them @ the top shelf, all 3 flavors to choose and ice cold ! Will give them the 4th try, then thats it, Ill just shop Winn Dixie all the time , and the 3 on the bottom are grapefruit the least liked one of all and the worst seller

I have a renewal prescription that the doctor calls in my wife told me to pick them up come to find out she wanted to strips where you put the blood on so they gave me 3 boxes of the Lancers and not the strips I made a quick u-turn got back in line and they couldnt take them back because it said technically the Lancers left the pharmacy the blood strips that they were going to give me did not match so now theyre going to give me new Lancers for free if I bought strips

I love this Publix! The deli department is awesome, So friendly! The bakery staff is wonderful. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the products they are selling! Its so nice to walk in and they recognize you and say Hello, not only to me but my children as well. It just makes shopping such a pleasing experience.

Publix is brand new addition to the Dade City area. Much needed on this end of town. Fully stocked, lots of bargains to be had with the buy one get one (BOGO). All the freshest produce, deli section, bakery fully stocked with a fine bunch of helpful staff.

Finally a grocery store with a real bakery in Dade City, maby its not perfect but its way better than anything weve had in this town in years. And unlike the other stores I no longer have to check dates because the food is allways fresh.

Store is always clean, friendly check out and I love all who work in the pharmacy they know you by name. Deli is fast and bakery does awesome wedding cakes. You wont find anything wrong with this location or company.

Only downside is sometimes the grocerys can be expesive. But you pay for the experience as well. The experience of a excellent store thats clean and friendly. Nothing beats a lunch from publix for under 10 dollars.

For being a new publix its extremely dirty. Icing buckets are left uncovered as flies land on them and fly away. Disgusting.
