This was since 2011/12: There was a Sight n Style location in East Harlem which an inexperienced doctor gave me an exam and gave me an incorrect prescription. My eye contacts burned my eyes. It was toooo strong! I had to go back and met with an older doctor who appeared to be more experienced. This was in Nov 2011. When I went back to pick-up my contact order 2 weeks later, I found out the location was closing for good on December 31, 2011. Had I was informed I would have NEVER gotten my contacts from there, or taken the exam. My information was then transferred to a totally different eyewear/exam place in East Harlem. Trying to get a proper prescription from them is becoming a hassle. The doctor will not sign for it which makes it tougher for me to order contacts from any other optical place such as Costco and BJs who have Accuvue contacts for 3x cheaper than these local rip-offs, excuse me I mean stores. So here it is September 2012, I called to look for the original doctor who performed the exam so that he can sign for it. I found out hes at the Washington Heights Sight n Style location. When I called this location, I asked for a manager and was told the manager was not there. Then the woman proceeded to try to help me. When I told her the story, she said they would not have my file and to revert to the East Harlem optical that told me their doctor couldnt sign on an exam that they didnt perform. I explained this to her, she kept telling me the doctor only comes on Thursdays and I will have to get another exam. Now why should I pay for another exam??? Then I asked to speak with a manager, she told me "I am the manager." But when I first called 5 minutes ago, she said the manager was not there. How ghetto is this? I will be paying them a visit because its extremely unfair the treatment Ive received thus far. This woman is very unprofessional. Im still trying to get this headache resolved. Be aware! The staff is unprofessional and appears to be liars and uneducated. I wish some places will invest in customer service training.

My wife went there march 6th 2015 o get her eyes checked and get contacts we paid the 229 dollars for the 1 year worth and when they called for her to pick up the contacts they only gave her 4 boxes saying oh that each pair lasts 1 month i thought it was weird and checked they gave her Acuvue 2 brand lenses when looked them up it said they only make 2 week lenses and figured that ment she was missing 4 boxes she tells me they said they last a month each pair and ignored me and now 6 months later she is complaining she has no more contacs and i have to return to this store to 1st ask if they have anymore lenses for her before i curse them out

This optical is amazing. I wear bifocal contacts and I went to this optical a year ago and they charged me a fortune. I went to Sight N Style today and this doctor saved me $3330.00. He explained everything to me about my eyesight and told me things I didnt know about my vision. Overall, this optical is so great that as soon as I came home I had to write a review. I appreciate good service and their service is excelllent. I really recommend. Im one happy customer. They made my day.

The worst optical ever!! So unprofessional, unducated. They lie to you with the waiting time. NOT ORGANIZED AT ALL!!! They take any papers of a patient. Dont go to that place you will regret it!!
