Aldi is THE SPOT for staples in the pantry! Hit Aldi before hitting your regular spot for deep discounts on pasta, rice, tomato sauce, canned veggies and beans, and even snacks like crackers, chips, and cookies. There are off brand products here with labels so close to the original that you might not notice until you get home, but the food is similar quality to the name brand stuff youre getting now. Theres also a surprisingly good selection of fruit and veggies, and its a great place for paper towels, TP, and garbage bags. Bring a quarter for your cart, and BYO bags, or theyll charge you for them at the check out. You bag your own stuff. Bring one more bag than you think youll need -0 with deals this good, you might walk out with more than you expected.

Its not what Im looking for but Im not holding that against them. Store brand everything, in various brand names in a far smaller selection than a regular supermarket. For example Kirkwood brand items obviously based on Costcos Kirkland brand. All at unbelievable prices. There is a natural line, simply nature, which includes some organic items, although less in a recent trip than a couple of months ago. Other than those items, you basically find 1 brand (theirs) of each item, not 10. It appears that items sometimes come and go, similar to the other ALDI store Trader Joes. Checkouts clerks are also more sparse than regular supermarkets, with the bare minimum provided which may add a few minutes to your trip.

This is a very clean store and well lit store. The shelves are fully stocked and display a wide variety of items. The employees are very courteous and helpful. The major issue is the wait in the checkout lanes. For some reason, they usually have two out of the approximately 10 lanes staffed at a time. This includes peak shopping times ( such as now). This doesnt make sense to me. If the other lanes arent going to be manned, then why not turn then into automatic checkout lanes? It would greatly reduce the extremely long checkout lanes wait times.

Only the price on food is worth walking through the door, employees with bad additudes.worst food polices EVER worst lines Good thing this Gal has to eat or die because if that wasnt true well Id send them a big ol hefty bag of unused Richards! (UnclenDicks)I would suggest getting two forks shoving them in both eyes and walk around on them before I would say you Go you might really enjoy getting your food there, but if youre going to DIE from lack of food then sure it will keep you from death.....MAYBE!!!!!!

Discount grocery shopping to the extreme. First to the cons. Bring your own bags or a cart. It is a bare bones cashier experience. Dont look for recognizable brand names nor endless selection and option choices. Now to the pros, that far outweigh the cons. SUPER LOW PRICES!!! In many cases I found myself paying less than half of what I am used to and thats even with taking into account the El Barrio discounting in my neighborhood. I have been converted and will be back as often as I can.

Prices are jus like Aldi supposed to be. I have been on a lot of this stores mainly in Germany , France& Nederlands. They have local variations of products. Aleways good affordable prices. They are organized more uniformly in Europe. You will aleways find specific section of the store in the same location in majority of the stores. This particular one is very nice and stuff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend German bread, deutsche küche pumpernickel , rye and sunflower bread.

I have never loved a grocery store as much before! The prices are reasonable, there are few name brand items which has never mattered to me. They ask that you either bring your own reusable bag or buy bags in store, you must pack your own groceries and it requires a refundable quarter to use their shopping carts. All of those small things included its a fantastic store! Not only does it offer amazing variety and prices but it teaches us to be better shoppers!

Cant complain about the prices but for the last few weeks they have only been selling plastic freezer bags and paper bags with no handles. We were told they didnt receive a shipment from a warehouse. I suppose I find it hard to believe that there was no attempt to troubleshoot this or at least post it in the front of the store. It would be nice to know if the bags are available prior to sticking up on items.

Im from an other estate and i was visiting new york.I always shop at Aldi where I live so I decided to stop by this Aldi and there is a big difference between the employees in this location and the ones in the stores where i go. In this location you feel like they dont really care about what is happening in the floor or how the store looks.

Horrible. HORRIBLE. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE STOCKED UP. SINCE IS AFFORDABLE SHELVES ARE EMPTY ALL THE TIME, ESPECIALLY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE ROTTEN, AND NOT FRESH. PLEASE HAVE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ALL TIME. I HAVE TO GO EARLY OR OPEN UP THE STORE TO BE ABLE TO GET SOMETHING. BUT I CAN NOT DO THIS I WORK AND I HAVE A LIFE TO LIVE.

My new found love for groceries! Products are very good quality and theres always good options for brand name products. Their meats are way better than the local supermarkets. The only reason to avoid it is if you already have a very good relationship with a particular brand. Otherwise I strongly suggest you give it a shot!

Alternative to Costco when its closed, with prices that usually beat Costco as well. This store has the "bring your own bag" thing but you can buy ones that are under the checkout counter for only 6¢ each. The dry foods are in the front while produce is in the back of the store. The employees are courteous/helpful as well.

Aldi is great. I can buy good generic groceries for great value. They also have fresh fruit. It gets really busy during peak times but the cahsiers are very fast. If youre going for the first time be sure to bring your own bags or you can buy plastic bags at checkout.
