The worst customer experience I have ever had. Completely rude. Went in because of the Note 7 recall and not only did they try to charge me a restocking fee for a recalled phone they then proceeded to use my Jump on Demand to process the return instead of doing what they were supposed to, assuring me that that was only for exchange purposes but that it wouldnt affect me. Low and behold of course that was incorrect information and now there is a problem with getting my replacement Note 7. I can deal with someone making a mistake or even not knowing exactly how something should go but what I will not stand for is the attitude that you will get from this store. For their store there should be a a way to give a negative star amount. Definitely -10 stars for that store. My advice, go to any other store even if you have to drive a little further. Its worth it. Youll save yourself a headache

You want to be treated like complete garbage, and be met with completely incompetent managers? Yeah, go to this authorized retailer. The manager Matt is an extremely rude person. She definitely doesnt have the experience or professionalism to handle her position and does NOT represent the level of customer service I have always received from T-mobile. Its seriously shocking to me a person who treats others like that could be hired to be the manager of such an establishment. The people there have zero clue what they are doing, which causes wait times to be extraordinarily long, and employee turnover is high. You will never have a super quality experience, dont waste your time. Here and there I have had a 3 star experience, but the majority of time its 1 star. Ill go to the mall which is 6 miles away vs EVER going there again at only .5 miles away from my home.

If you make the poor decision to go to this store and you dont have nice cleavage, a short skirt, or very tight clothes, you wont get good service from the obese boy child that works there. No matter what is wrong with your phone he will miss diagnose the problem, and tell you that you have to buy a new phone. but that he is too busy to sell you a phone, unless you have at least one of the above mentioned values, the more the better, and dont mind being visually raped while you are there. Oh, and be prepared for the better than you attitude. All of us customers are far below his level. If you want to get good service go to the store by Vancouver mall. Every time I have been in there they have been quick to correctly diagnose the problem with my phone and fix or replace it with no problem.

The service here is poor... After arguing about a phone not working at all they finally ordered a replacement about a week later received a text saying it was ready for pick up in store, came to the store and they now cant find the phone here in their back room... While standing here waiting for them to find the phone/figure out where the phone could be, an elderly disabled gentleman came in and the lady was completely rude and had NO clue how to help him or talk with him about what he was trying to do... Now Back to the phone they just ordered yet ANOTHER replacement phone because they lost a phone that should be in the store.

Far from the best customer service experience. No smile, no guidance. Just very direct questions and when we came to a roadblock, which took literally four seconds to get to ("Is your phone unlocked?" "I dont think so."), I had to guide the conversation to get any sort of additional input, and the rep let me walk out the door without offering to help further. What would have changed this experience? "Let me take a look. I might be able to find out." Or... The knowledge that all new Verizon 4G iPhones are unlocked. All of them. Walked out without a phone, without a plan. Still want T-Mobile, but heading to a different store.

very poor service. years ago i purchased my first plan in this store and i always was very happy with the store and the t-mobil service. right now my wife is with her phone and her T-mobil plan in brasil and suddenly cant make phone calls anymore. i went to the store for assistance and and teh young lady wasnt very helpful. i understand that she cant get in the account but would have expected some better assitant about how to contact tmobil for further assistant. well, i guess i can figure it out by myself on the computer. its not what you say but how you say it.

I went in to buy a phone. Was refused service to buy a phone because my service is paid for my grandmother which makes me an unauthorized user???? Told me that it would cost them thier job and a 5000$ fine to sell me "a tmobile customer" a new cell phone to replace my old one. Without flaw walked into another location and baught a phone without question. When i told them what had happened at thier hazel dell location they told me no law or policy enforcing such a crazed idea exists that they knew of

The customer service was willing but the actual result was weak. I have a phone that was on T-Mobile, which I paid off when I terminated my service. T-Mobile would not send me an unlock code as the phone needed to be active. It took a couple of attempts to explain this, and the end result was that I could reactivate the phone on T-Mobile for no less than $25 and wait 40 days for the phone to be unlocked. Poor result but it was nice that the people were willing to try.

They hooked me into a promotion that I did not qualify for, but they thought I did. After finding out 2 weeks later that I was on the hook to pay full price for all 4 phones, they admitted their mistake but would not do anything to reimburse me. Basically, they washed their hands of the matter. The store manager would not even call me about it. This store is terrible and T-Mobile is a shady service provide. Pay more but go to Verizon.

The people in this store are awesome! It was a long wait but worth every minute. I had been using a cheap TracFone for a few months until i broke it. I was just wanting to buy an old refurbished phone that I guess they dont really have anymore. The guy working with me (i think his name was joe) actually got me a brand new phone and a plan with more data for less than i was paying before. So glad I walked in!

The guys and gals at this store are amazing.... they worked on my issue trying to fix the mess that Assurant made for about 3 hours. The entire time they were up beat and way above and beyond the call of their duty. Probably one of the best customer service experiences not just among tMobil but among all customer service interactions Ive had.

This tmobile tried to sell me a 250.00 Bluetooth speaker!!! For trying to get a 50/50 deal phone plan which was free to sign up for. They lied and told me I would have to buy the speaker to get the deal. I called corporate tmobile they said um no they lied to you and fired that girl. Love tmobile just hate the lying 12 year Olds they hire!!
