My wife and I had just purchased our first house and needed a new fridge for our family so I went to this company (Orchards Used Appliances) a week ago 5/19/17. After shopping around I saw a stainless steel fridge Kitchenaid looked nice had water, ice, and led lights everything we wanted so I ask how much it would be he told me $420 it had a 60 guarantee and would have it delivered by same day 5pm, set up water icemaker and everything. Same day 5pm turned into 5/20/17 then to early morning, then noon, then to 5ish, and finally a little after 10pm I get a call from the delivery guy saying he cant find my address and asked me to meet him at Winco (off 136th ave I live on 164th ave) in 20 minutes so he can follow me to my address (keep in mind its 10pm when he called). We needed fridge ASAP for my sons insulin as well as our food we had in coolers. I go to meet him, get home I help him unload and set up fridge. I then asked him to set up water and ice he said he doesnt know how to do that. At this point I was done and just wanted to go to sleep so he left then wife and I loaded up the fridge and freezer up with the insulin as well as all food we had. Woke up the next morning around 8 am and the fridge and freezer both were out. I text saying we would like rent a truck to bring the fridge back but we want our money back. He then said he only would exchange. I then went in picked out another fridge he said the new fridge I picked wasnt worth 420 like the stainless steel kitchenaid so he would throw in a washer and dryer its now 5/21/17 I told him I needed everything today he then said he would have it delivered and pick up the broken fridge. So I had a buddy come to help unload new fridge washer and dryer and load the broken fridge waited hours. I texted and called no one responded, so we waited till around 11pm no one showed up and no one responded. I then called and text next day multiple times no response. So then I go in asking for a refund he gives me excuses saying he wrecked his truck so he will do it today 5/22/17. Same thing happened no one showed up and so I tried to calling and texting but no one answered or responded. I go in 2 more times requesting a refund after each time I leave telling me he will bring the new appliances and I hear nothing back they dont even pick up my calls or respond to my texts. I go in yesterday 5/25/17 and told him I dont want to deal with this company anymore I have tried to work with them and I just want my money back , his response blew my mind I couldnt believe what he said he then told me to go take him to small claims court he doesnt want to deal with me anymore. Now along with unpacking, handling all the fixes in our new house, working, and taking care of my family I have to go to small claims court. Hopefully you read this and reconsider doing business with this company.

I went to orchards appliance and purchased a refrigerator that failed to reach food holding temperature. i was told when purchased that it came with a "30 day in store guarantee " when i called him he said bring it back i will give you another one. That one failed after 1 week, when i called him again and told him that one failed he got upset told me to bring it back and hung up on me. When i brought it back he would not come out of his house and talk to me instead 2 people who were obviously extremely high could not find another refrigerator out of the 50 pieces of junk they had throughout the property, and made me wait 3 hours tweeking on different refrigerators trying to get one to work i again asked to speak to the owner i was told he had a really bad migraine and could not get out of bed.I repeatedly asked to just have our 150 returned and they would not do it I live in a clean and sober house and my roommate and i were so frustrated and tired we finally took the one that worked the best. Now as i sit here eating my melted ice cream, i just want to say it was the worst experience ever dealing with the drug addicts that run and work at this establishment If you deal with these people just take your money out of your wallet and burn it. You will get the same result!

So I call orchards appliance and they tell me they can fix my dryer for $80 guaranteed and I said are you sure because my dryer is 50 years old and no one could fix our washer when it broke. He said $80 guaranteed. I rented a Uhaul for $80 and take my dryer to him. Turns out it looks like he works out of his garage. He takes my dryer says 2 hours and it will be done. I drive away. Im pulling into my house when he calls and says I cant fix your dryer but I will give you a new one same price. Drive back states sorry I cant give it to you for $80 Ill give it to you for $100 I said fine. Take it home and it doesnt plug into the outlet I have. He says come by Ill give you an outlet. I pick up the outlet. I hook up the new outlet the dryer wont start. He states it will cost $30 for a house call. He comes out to the house and cant get it to start he takes it home in his truck and says he will bring back a different one. He brings back the same one it starts now but doesnt warm up or dry the clothes. Im wanting to get a refund tomorrow but I dont have a truck and I wonder if he will even refund my money. Worst experience ever. On top of all that he showed up to my house smoking in my garage. Not an honest person at all.

Awful services, they arent profesionals. I went there 22 days ago because my washing machine wasnt working. They charged me $170.00 to fix it and they said it would be ready in 2 days. I waited a week for it and they never called me, I went to the location and asked for my washing machine, and they gave me another washing machine while I waited for mine but it did not work, I told them and once again they gave me another washing machine that did not work. This happened 3 times, they gave me three broken washing machines and my washer still hasnt been fixed. I asked for my money back and my washing machine and they keep making excuses and promising it will be ready soon instead. Every time I go ask for an update on my washer, the workers are not able to tell me anything and are just completely clueless and confused. It seems like the workers have poor communication. Horrible service! Please do not waste your time or money on this place.

Found these guys on offerup via false advertisement. was led to believe it was a private seller and not a small business.The ad there said the set was 2 years old and was well maintained. I went over Thursday (7/13/17) morning and looked at it. it seemed in decent shaped just needed to be cleaned. So I went ahead and bought it. It didnt get delivered until 7-8pm that night. 2-3 days later the washer started leaking. Called and it was 7pm monday before a service guy showed up. and then they didnt have the right part, said they would be back the next morning to fix it. We called tuesday to find out when someone was coming back out and the attitude was i dont want to be bothered with a simple 5 min fix. So my husband went to the shop and picked up a replacement hose and even after that he had to go back out to HD and get a replacement drain hose. All of this to say this company is not worth your time and money.
