I will definitely be returning here for all of my bicycle parts and maintenance. Ive been to the shop several times recently for both new parts and tuning. Both times the staff were very up front with what needed to be done with my bike, and after the work was done the difference was immediately apparent. They are friendly and fair. I recently wrecked my bike and brought it in for a tuneup afterwards. The forks were bent and weakened but it wasnt immediately noticeable. When I went to pick the bike up, they told me about the condition of the bike and that it was unfortunately unsafe to ride. Regardless of the fact that they did do the work and complete the tuneup, they wouldnt charge me for it figuring Id put the money towards a new bike. I will absolutely be shopping here when Im ready to purchase again.

We had been looking at bikes for our family to ride this summer. We originally purchased bikes from Walmart, rode for 20 minutes and had no brakes and issues with shifting gears. We brought the bikes here and they were upfront telling us what was wrong with them and explained how the cost of repair outweighed the cost we spent. We left to return the Walmart POS and discuss the options. Within minutes we realized that Richard and team were in business because they are honest and love bikes. Richard hooked is up with a great deal on 3 new Specialized bikes and fit us for them perfectly. With free lifetime maintenance and the overall experience we cant wait for our youngest to need a bike and go back. If you are looking for a bike Bonney Lake Bicycle is the place to go hands down.

Nice enough people but I think I got deceived! Brought bike in for lower bracket replacement, was told that wasnt the issue, it was the cassette and chain. Said ok, do the repairs plus a tune up. Get a call that the front shifter is bad also, so i say replace it. Get bike back and ride it! Problem still there and I dont feel it got a tune up, brakes are the same as when I took it in. Next week I take it to my old bike shop Ive used for decades. They say its definitely the lower bracket, chain is to loose and the front shifter is old not new? Doesnt appear to have had a tune up in awhile. Im not a bike mechanic, so Im not sure if I used all the right terminology or not. But something definitely seems scandalous! And I will not be back!

Richard, Mike and the staff are doing something truly great for bike shops. They have a low stress sales approach that makes the drive up from Portland worth the trip. There are plenty of bike shops in town support the ones you feel good about going to. Every time I spoke with someone while waiting for my bike to arrive they were polite and keeping me up to date on status, but more importantly they knew my name after the first time I spoke with them. Cheers to the staff keep up the work you do and thank you for helping to get my Venge vias going!
