iv bought around $2000 from this store because it carries things others don’t. i live in Redmond so its quite the drive for my motorcycle accessories. the last few times iv been in the store though, iv been watched like a hawk as if they think im stealing something. iv worked in retail all my life and i know when someone is watching to see if your stealing. alright guys, i know i dont look like your average decked out biker (i only wear a hoodie and regular backpack) but you’ve lost a customer. you made me feel uncomfortable and were constantly asking me (harassing me) if you could help me find something. the only person there that i would trust any advice from is the older guy, i forget his name.

The guy in store did not help at all went in with my visorless helmet due to it being damaged. As I was looking I asked him if he can help me he looked at me and said "what are you looking for?" After telling him, he said "oh for that helmet?. We dont have it." And he did not even bother to check to see what type of helmet it was. Like he was trying to get me out the store cause I wanted to buy a 16.95$ visor. If your not spending more then 100$+ dont expect to get any help but the boot.went to Lynnwood motoplex. Ended up buying a 300$ icon helmet and was satisfied.

I bought a top of the line helmet from the girl that was really helpful the first time I went in and came back as a returning customer to buy a budget second helmet from her. When I didnt take her upsale she abandoned me and just sat up at the register with the other guy. There were no other customers in the store and neither came to help even when I was trying on jackets later. Couldnt find what I needed cause their helmet stacks arent organized and wasted my time. Displeased that it requires giving them hefty commission to get any assistance.

Really helpful.Bought a helmet...decent selection of all price ranges. Body armor uppers sould have more selection. These people were really nice and patient with all my questions. Many times specialty hobby or interest shops are ran by the snobs of their niche...this place wasnt like that ....humble, friendly, and knowledgeable. Going back here first each time before I go elsewhere. Cool thing I liked is you can shop online first then go in and actually handle the gear before u buy.

We tried to return the bike ramp in the same condition just that the plastic cover was taken out, and the lady said they just changed their policy if the product is opened, you cannot return or exchange. Im wondering how they expect their customer to try their product and make a decision if they like it or not without opening the plastic cover. We were planning to shop for gears, but they ruined our experience. Reconsider if you want to buy anything from them.

Poor customer service. Was not satisfied. Felt like I was unwanted from vibe of guy who was working there. I took my service to motoplex. They helped me and made me feel like they put their customer first as to what I was looking for end up buying motorcycle gear with information they provided.

Yes, the prices are a little higher here. But if you go in when they are having sales, they have great deals. I got a really nice helmet with built in bluetooth, jacket, and boots for under $400. The staff is really great and helpful, particularly Josh.

Prices are higher than online, but thats what you should expect. Brick and mortar after all. Very smart and friendly people there.If youre going to buy a helmet, get it from these guys, they know their stuff. Highly recommended.
