There is a young man that works there that really knows his stuff. He treats all my projects as if there his own. He is the only reason why they have my business. Its depressing walking into 3 different auto parts store and the employees have no idea about the basics of how an engine runs. This guy will climb inside my engine and show me how to make the repairs with the parts they sell me. When the world has turned, hunger along with desire no longer fueles competence. Some people go there day never having the ambition to improve. While others merely open there eyes to the world surrounding them. Every now and again you see these glimpses of hope for humanity kind.

used to buy parts from here a lot until I had to return a defective part these guys got all bent out of shape over a 10 dollar part that was covered by manufacturer warranty anyway. all they had to do is send it in and it wont cost them any... turns out their warranty kinda sucks they dont keep copies of your receipts... I havent bought anything there since. even when they are the only place that have the part faq them they can keep it. I rather wait few days and order online than go there. I hope they go out of business with those attitudes they act like they are the only ones that know anything about cars

Bought a defective battery from here that wont hold a charge, found out the battery wont hold a charge when my car wouldnt start. Had my car towed to a repair shop. The repair shop tested the battery, charged the battery, saw that the battery wasnt holding a charge, so I bought a new battery and took this back to Baxters. Baxters refuses to give me a refund, store credit, even a core fee in return for a defective battery, so Im effed out of $150. I was a regular customer, bought fairly expensive things from here, but never the less, ripped off by this place.

Great shop stocking an fittings, edelbrock and Holley parts, Mr gasket, dei, performer, MSD, Taylor, Accel, auto meter, arp, monroso, reflex, amsoil, bardpenn, Kendell, royal purple, energy suspension. Great set of guys that can do more than read you a computer screen.
