If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I just had one of the worst experiences of my life and I can tell you that I will NEVER shop in any Wal Mart store again. I purchased a Blu-Ray player today. When I took it out of the box, I realized that it did not have a built-in WiFi adapter. I put everything back in the box and returned to the store with my receipt to exchange it for one that had WiFi built in. The first girl I talked to checked my receipt and said it was fine and to go pick out the one I wanted. When I returned to the counter, there were three more employees standing there scrutinizing my receipt, the player, and the box. Then they started grilling me. What time did I buy it? Which checkout lane did I go through? What was the condition of the box? Turns out, the serial number on the player did not match the serial number on the box. It also had the display sticker on it. They were insinuating that I had stolen the display and was trying to return it, DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAD MY ORIGINAL RECEIPT SHOWING I HAD PURCHASED IT! What I believe happened is, one of their employees boxed up the display to pass it off as brand-new and sell it at full price. If I hadnt returned it I never would have known. To cover their mistake they tried to place the blame on me. The whole scenario finally ended with the manager telling me he couldnt do the exchange and sending me home with the Blu Ray player I had already purchased and the name of a day manager to contact the next morning. I will be telling this manager that they can forget the exchange, I want a full refund that I can take to Best Buy, and I will never set foot in one of their stores again. Never in my life have I been treated so outrageously. Terrible service and rude, idiotic employees.

Seriously disrespectful employees with bad customer service and extremely poor quality control. I dont appreciate spending 5 hours in Walmart shopping in their food department and having to check every single ingredients bar to see whether the food is gluten-free or not. How hard is it to put a label next to the price tag that says GF which stands for gluten-free every other store in town has done it Fred Meyers Target Safeway even WinCo. On top of that in the bakery department they have a sign thats labeled no sugar sugar free and gluten free. And right under the sign I looked through most of the ingredients bars on them and they all had wheat in the product if you label something gluten-free you need to make sure what your stock there is gluten-free other words youre poisoning people. When I pointed it out to the bakery department she gave me a seriously bad attitude and told me that the gluten-free sign they had there was just a Maybe sign, as in everything there either maybe have sugar in it maybe doesnt have sugar in it maybe is gluten-free or maybe not. Im sorry but thats not how a sign works. ... Their produce department was disgusting rotten food and worms crawling out of a couple of the apples. Zero quality control.... I talked to five different employees and couldnt get a single bit of help and all of them were seriously disrespectful telling me to go away theyre busy two of them were talking on their phones three of them were texting. . . Ive never been so stressed out never been so disrespected. And wow to be interrogated for a receipt while Im walking out of the store even though I just paid for everything 5 hours in the store to be harassed for another 6 minutes for a f****** receipt.

The pharmacy at this store us THE WORST I have ever had to deal with!!!! I tried them a few years ago and wasnt at all impressed by their service when they told me that they were unable to see if my prescription had been filled at the Walmart across town. I asked at the other Walmart why they werent all connected and she told me she doesnt know why the person told me that. Hmm Well that was a few years ago...thought I would try again since it rains all the time, the drive thru option would be nice. Well .... I called to ask what I would need to do to transfer my medications to their pharmacy. Was told I could give them a list over the phone and they would transfer them. This would take 24 to 48 hrs. I told them thats fine. Im good for another week or so. I just didnt want to wait until the last minute to do it. I went in the following week for the first refill. Nothing is in the computer?!?!?! What happened to the 24-48hrs?!?!? O had them write down meds and dosages that needed to be transferred. I SAW HER GIVE IT TO THE PHARMACIST AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. PHARMACISTS RESPONSE. .."ALL OF THESE??" (there is a total of 5) I just called in last night to see if my prescription was ready. ..guess what??? STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN FILLED !!! REALLY?!?!? ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND NOTHING!?!?!? ON A GOOD NOTE .... THE OIL CHANGE AREA AND THE STORE ARE GREAT AND THE ONLY REASON I COME TO THIS STORE... THE PHERMACY IS THE WORST!!!!!!

Ever since this store opened up several years ago, I rarely use the ocean beach highway Walmart store. This store always has everything Im looking for from food, to toys, to video games, to car supplies, to clothing. You name it and this branch of Walmart has it. I love the black friday events that Walmart operates each year, if you are into deals you can buy video games for extremely cheap one could say it would be a steal. For example I bought 15 games last black friday and my bill came to $125 roughly. I mean you cant get deals like that at Gamestop, if you do odds are the games are used. These games were new, its worth having to face the crowds if you can get deals like that. Here is a little known tip, the bakery rotates their cakes on Saturday morning, if you are lucky you can go there early enough and find a cake on discount. I purchased a cake that would go for $17.99, I paid just about $8 dollars!, thats a 50% savings. I cant help but strongly suggest that you patron this branch of Walmart.

Go back to the fish tanks and you dont see "high quality merchandise". The fish are eating each other they are so hungry. The dead fish have been in their tanks long enough to be decomposing. Every tank has dead fish in them. Its sick and inhumane the way you are treating them. One out of nine beta fish was still alive. This is what your customers see. You have the nerve to ask people to pay for sick, starvinig fish? Your Puffer fish have no tails because the Ick fungus is eating them. It is clear that your employees dont do what you pay them to do and your managers dont manage, You are paying these people? I told one of the employees I would be back tonight and if those poor fish were not taken care of by then I would do something about it myself. It was sad to see fish eating eachother alive because you lazy idiots have no ethics.
