No stars is too many 1 star because you cant get any lower. Starts in Sept 2016 rebuild the carburetor and paint the left fuel tank among a few other items. Got the bike home and it rained all winter so couldnt ride until March but I fired it up every week or two and noticed the fuel valve got harder to open and close. Went for a ride on a sunny April afternoon, bike ran crappy and wouldnt start again after I got to downtown Castle Rock. I had to hitch a ride home to get the truck and get my bike loaded and take it back to Uncaged. They rebuilt the carburetor and said I needed a new front master cylinder and new brake pads. When I picked it up 3 weeks later she tried to charge me for the rebuild on the carb when I had just paid for it back in Sept. I asked why should I pay for it again, she had the mechanic bring up pictures of the carb and it looked really bad inside. So I asked if that is what happens from sitting in the carport for 6 months and the mechanic said no it was from several years of build up. So I paid for rebuild that never got done. On top of that they never looked at the fuel petcock after I had asked them to. She charged me for the front brake pads and labor, so I asked about the mastercylinder and she said it wasnt replaced. I left with my bike and made it to the Chevron on 15th when my bike died and wouldnt start, I had to push the bike to the fuel pump to fuel up. Got it running and made it to the Kelso Safeway. Went in for a few groceries maybe 30 minutes and my tank had overflowed some fuel onto the tank (happens sometimes) it bubbled the paint job that had just been done in Sept. (Never had that problem before) Left Safeway got to Allen st. and my bike shut down and wouldnt start. Trailered it back to Uncaged and told them to fix whatever is wrong and the fuel petcock. The painter, Rich Holmes called me Wednesday of the next week to tell me that a rag with cleaner on it that had fallen into the tank is what caused all of the problems including the petcock failing. He repainted the tank inside of two weeks and took another 4 weeks to get the fuel valve replacement. Picked up my bike today a 2nd overtime Saturday sacrificed. My bill included removal and replacement of the fuel valve nearly $100.00 paint job $190.00 new mastercylinder and assorted fittings and lines to a grand total of $643 and change. A mastercylinder I was told wasnt replaced and then suddenly was. Todays events were supervised by Longviews finest law enforcement officers. Apparently they felt I was a threat. Stay clear of this place they are not an honest business in my opinion

Where should I start? If I could rate this place less than one star, I would. I was introduced to the owners by a friend of mine. He told me they complete high quality service. So UNTRUE! I took my 07 street glide to them because I had a problem with the left speaker not working . When I purchased the bike it had a hog tunes system in it including amplifier and speakers. I got a call from them saying that my left speaker was bad. It was going to cost $250 to replaced the set. I agreed to have the set installed. I go to pick up my bike and the young man said it will be $400. I asked several times if that was correct, after being quoted $250. Unsatisfied, I paid it and ask for my used parts. The mechanic comes out with two speakers in a box. I left. The system did not sound right after I got it back. Had to use almost high volume when I never got over half volume before going down the road. Less than a month later the left speaker quits again. I had to leave for several months so l stored the bike. I got it out this week and took to another shop to get the speaker repaired again and I stood and watched as the mechanic open the fairing up. Behold, two beat up used speakers and my amplifier was missing. Hog amplifier, not cheap, missing from my bike. If you want parts taken off your bike and used parts sold as new, quoted one price and it is much higher when you pick it up, this is the place you want to go. I ride with 20-30 harley friends now the surrounding area. Ill make sure that every one of them know about this place. Im sure karma will catch up with this place sooner or later.
