Doesnt have bulk sand nor gravel, no bulk brick, nor concrete block, limited sizes of rebar, limited selection of pavers, no slump-stone, no slate, and Ive better things to do than provide Google with info that they spent no time collecting, nor provided any stipend for the time Im investing not to mention a list of other ways theyre capitalizing on my use of their app while that use has failed to do me a GODDAMN BIT OF GOOD. I dont want your points, nor your rewards; all I want is for your app to provide the information I seek which is the reason I bothered to open the damn thing in the first place! I guess I shouldve known all along I was just wasting time spinn my wheels. My review of Home Depot is not intended to reflect poorly on Home Depot; on the contrary. Home Depot does quite a good job providing an extensive array of do-it-yourself home repair and improvement materials and fixtures, as well as some appliances. No, this isn,t even about Home Depot. Its about Goodles search results. Results that were specifically instructed to OMIT Home Depot. (I was already sitting in the parking lot at Home Depot when I opened the maps app. Why would I need a map or directions to find the only search result Google returned?) My attempt at a logical means of eliminating Home Depot from the "list" of results (since a verbatum search included "NOT Home Depot") was the inadvertent inspiration brought about by the suggestion from Google to rate my experience. Thinkn that a list of materials one could only find at a proffesional contractors building materials supply would do the trick, it seemed the elimination was a logical conclusion. It was not. Even after the review was posted, Google insisted on putting Home Depot 1st up which was so irritating, (I had already been pushed at Best [Worst] Buy not 30 minutes before when, trying to return a $180.00 Samsung phone I bought 3 days before, still in the box w/reciept attached, after driving 20 miles to get there, and at no other time nor in any other way, being told there would be a $35.00 restocking fee) so DAMN IRRITATING, I didnt bother to close the app nor turn off the screen. I just gave the phone a toss at the opposite corner of the floor, started the van, and began heading to some other electronics sales B&M store.(I already knew where to find that.)

BEWARE OF THIS HOME DEPOT! I am a business owner and "Pro" customer. I will never be setting foot inside of a Home Depot again. The customer service is absolutely terrible. It started with online orders for in store pickup. I have had frequent missing items, orders not ready when I arrive, and extreme hassles if sending an employee for pickup (even with their name on the order). I was in the flooring department a few weeks ago and they had a 72 hours installed carpet deal for carpet of more than $1/sqft. When I asked an associate I was referred to the website...thanks, I know...but I wanted to get details now... Anyway, I paid $50 for a measure of the carpeting job and then came back to the store to schedule install and to pay. I was informed that there was no way they could do the 72 hour install, yet the sign was right there on the desk in front of me. They told me it was a 2-3 week wait. I was told that I had to pay for the measure while under the special program and had to do it in the store and that I wasnt eligible for the deal anyway. Long story short, they still cant install my carpet after about a dozen phone calls from me. I have been promised call backs for weeks and have not received a single call back. Lots of empty promises. I am currently trying to cancel this carpet order so that I can go somewhere else. I have been a long time Home Depot customer, but their service has become extremely poor lately. I spend thousands in building supplies annually and expect professional conduct and integrity. These are just a couple of the dozens of examples of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism, I have so many more, but dont have time right now. I have reached out to this stores management without response, so I have turned to google. I even reported these incidents to corporate Home Depot. Well see if anything changes, but BEWARE. I recommend anyone who owns a business or has timelines that need met avoid Home Depot at all cost. I will gladly pay more money to be treated like more than a number.

Bottom line up front- I cancelled a half- finished kitchen project with this HD store. The stores kitchen designer, Kari, was great and really helped us put together (what we still hope) will be our dream kitchen. It was all downhill after that. Got the loan and started the work order on 1 September. Construction subcontractor, while professional on-site and did good work, was repeatedly late for appointments and installations. As a result, my counter-top templating was pushed back twice and installation was postponed until the first week of December. When I went to the stores customer service specialist to complain, I could not get a solid date for completion, but was told that she would do the coordinating with the subcontractors and get everything back on schedule. That lasted one day- I was doing the coordinating again two days later (after another contractor delay). Loan company (yet another third party) was unable to process a 700 dollar goods and service request that I wanted to add to the existing contract, or unblock my account, or tell me why it was blocked. This was the final straw, and I cancelled the remaining contract. It is the middle of November as I write this. Home Depot doesnt seem to understand that they are my contractor, that I pay them, and that they are responsible for follow through on the contract. I got the distinct impression that they felt they had me on the hook because the work was started. Ill never contract through them again and, as a result, will probably save some time and money. BTW- my daughter just reminded me that she has a picture of a sign in the store that claims you can have your countertops installed by Thanksgiving if ordered by October 29th.

I was condescended and treated like a criminal. For some reason I swiped my card and it came back declined, so I tried again. It happened again, so I stepped to the side and checked my bank account and saw those TWO transactions, the money was already gone from my account. So it took me calling my bank (USAA) and having them fax over a copy of my account history, for them to even recognize that THEIR store was wrong. Then I has a female manager come to me named Lori or something like that (short blonde) that told me there was a satellite error, her quote "this was a satellite error, your account was debited twice because of your bank" I gave her a weird look, ( im an air traffic controller, im not stupid, come on now) she said "you know the satellites in the sky" so I stopped talking to her went back to the counter, where they were trying to figure out why I had money taken from my account and in their computers had nothing. So anyhow, people were rude (ive served in the military) treating me like im an idiot (im an educated working part of society) and couldnt figure out what the problem was (they did give me the product for free, USAA ended refunding my money) bad treatment, bad two hours (yes two hours) of my day, and oh my goodness pain staking... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
