I Went in last time and i got a plan with my father he got a iPhone 5 and i wanted a iPhone 6 and the assistant that was attending us said "just take the LG G3 since we do not have the iPhone 6 in stock just come back to Best Buy within 14 days and we will exchange it" I said ok then i left. Next week i go to the Best Buy in Yakima They say there has been a problem with the phone and you need to go back to Kennewick store. i told them "cant you fix it since you are the same store?" No They replied and so i went to ATT next to them and said "i want to trade my LG for a iPhone 6 and Best Buy said there was a problem on my account " "oh yea i see the problem" Tony said the representative at ATT "You ripped off Best Buy thy didnt charge you the phones but if you buy some tablets i got here i wont say anything" I told him i wasnt interested in tablets "ok" he says then he goes in the back of the store 10 mins later he comes saying "they are going to charge you all the phone on the next upcoming bill" I FREAKED out!!! but then he says dont worry i will fix this problem and Your Phone will be here in a week." i left pretty happy knowing that he was going to do everything for me. 3 days later my dad gets a call from the store at kennewick saying i have to go back because there is a problem but my dad says "Tony from ATT already fixed it." No he says its still here so we head that way and then i say is tony still going to give me my iPhone 6 he says he cant give you a iPhone because he is not a best buy store i said well are you able to exchange it he says hold up since you are day past your 14 day policy i will talk to my manager. The manager named Alex shows up and he says yea i will order it for you and i will call you when it is ready i said ok then i left 2 weeks past and i call him he says its still coming. Another week Pasts and this time i tell him are you sure we are still able to exchange it even after the 14 days he said of course this time i go to the store and i call alex the manager he shows up and i tell him so where is my phone he says we are not able to do it because its past the 14 days but i told you if we were able to do it and you said yes.. i know but its not letting us i told him can i speak to your supervisor and a guy comes out saying were you can do it and my dad got a little frustrated and said you guys told my son you were able to do the exchange then the supervisor yells at my dad telling him you can do it and then ays to leave the store and my dad said you cant kick us out and Alex was just watching in the background this is why i HATE!!!!!!! the best buy in kennewick and i am never going to refer my friends or family. Its been since october and i havent got my iPhone 6

I live a block away from this place and wont shop here ever again. been shopping there since they opened there doors. past 2 years Ive bought so many defective products from this store Im surprised this place can be open. from TVs, xboxs ,phones and computers. my latest problem makes me so frustrated I had to call corporate to say Im done shopping here. canceled the best buy card and had them delete me from there records. I buy a open box computer. get the Geek squad protection and have them install windows office for me. it takes them 2 days to do that when I got over there they told me 6-8 hours tops because we got nothing ahead of you. sounds great. I pick up my computer everything seemed to be OK until I get home open it up the next morning and cant connect to WIFI. What?!?! why cant I connect to WIFI??? I try to fix it which was 2 hours of frustration and banging my head against the wall until best buy opened. I go in and sure enough they tell me (really quickly like he knew this computer was faulty) this computer is diffective. WHAT?????? you had this computer for 2 days and its diffective!!!!!!! how can this happen?? all they can say is these things happen. these things happen when you have dumb managers hiring dumb people thats when that can happen. how can you have something for 2 days working on it and not know its diffective?? this dosnt make sense. so they said we can exchange it for you and brought me over to the open box computers. I tell the Manger I dont want a open box because it sounds to me like you dont check them very well. I want the computer I bought for the price I bought it for. they say well we cant do that but we can give you your money back. wow what great costumer service. lets sell you something that we know doesnt work so we can sell you the brand new one. even the corporate guy was really puzzled on that one. he said I can understand products being diffective but for are geek squad to have it for 2 days and not see anything wrong is a problem. dUH!!!!!!! thats why I bet yours sells have dropped in the last 2-3 years because it used not be this way. I had the Xbox 360 and went threw 4 rings of death with best buy and they handled it perfectly. but now when I have a problem its seems to be me Im talked down to like Im a child that doesnt know how to use there toys. DONT SHOW HERE!!!!!!! Im never going back to best buy after this. my wife and I were elite members because we spent so much money in there. now Im headed to Seattle to buy a computer. next time when I need something Ill just stay home and shop on amazon. that way I dont have to deal with kids that have no clue what there doing sell me something they have no clue about.

Buyer Beware! All this store cares about is your initial purchase. Once money comes in, pray you dont have to exchange merchandise because the process is a NIGHTMARE! Wife and I purchased a very nice Samsung front load washer and dryer combo. Spent near $2500. Upon delivery, dryer was defective. Delivery guy promised to order a new one. We waited 2 weeks and nothing! Went in to the store and order never got placed. Store offered us the floor model "in the meantime". Waited another 2 weeks and quickly realized THAT order was never placed. Went back and finally got our new dryer 5 weeks after the initial purchase. AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT, went in recently to purchase a Samsung Stainless Steel 4 door refrigerator. (I have a Best Buy credit card and really wanted the 18 months no interest.) Had to pay cash because we were closing on our new home that same week. Spent close to $2800 and was promised that right after we closed, we could get a refund on our cash purchase and put it on our Best Buy account. Fridge gets delivered a week later and is beautiful. Unfortunately, it also sticks out about 6 inches too far (Not their fault). Go back to the store and request an exchange for the same model but in the "counter depth" option. Wait a week, day finally comes and lo and behold...ITS THE WRONG MODEL! Even after having pulled the merchandise card off the store model and verifying the sku number with Customer Service...the guy still ordered the wrong one. Needless to say that as soon as we get this latest fiasco corrected and the right fridge delivered, Best Buy in Kennewick will NEVER AGAIN get our business. We are DONE!
