Child has ear infection. Dr. calls in prescription 40 minutes to closing (520pm). My wife drives out 30 minutes to closing (530pm). She phones on way to ask if they have filled the prescription. Talks to very rude person on phone with no regard to the situation whose only words are, we close in 30 minutes if you can make it we will fill it. Once there she is told they cannot fill it. THIS IS NOT a place that looks after the community. Go to Costco or Rite Aid.

I have spent thousands on meds at this location, which has a nice drive thru and innovative accounts payable system that makes it a snap to get meds fast. However, I have had many problems with orders being put through. So much so that I can no longer trust them to come through with with the meds I need. I will not be doing anymore business with them. They obviously have some staffing issue.

Yes they do get rather busy, and service can be slow at times, but I have not experienced any difference at any other pharmacy. They do try and expedite if you ask them. CVS/Target is maybe a bit quicker but not by much. 90% of the staff is very kind and helpful in the pharmacy. Plus the drive-through makes it a nice option when you dont feel well enough to go into the store.

I went there to get a passport photo taken which I did (poor quality) she told me to come back in 10mn....10 mn later she told me that the machine had over 500 photos to sort out before mine to wait another 10mn.....10 mn later she told me that it could take a few hours more!!! she did not offer an apology. They should not advertise passport photo in 10 mn!!!

I have never dealt with Walgreen before and wanted to call and see if their pharmacy was doing flu shots for kids. I was literally on hold for an hour only to find out that they dont. On top of that, the person offered no apology for the wait time. They are obviously understaffed so I will not be switching pharmacies anytime soon.

Very clean store and the employees were extremely customer service orientated. Nice change of place. This whole shopping center is nice and and a huge change of pace from the busy Life.
