Has Banfield Hospital inside - Would not recommend. A lady helped me pick out some cat litter here and was nice, hence the 2 stars. I didnt have a good experience with the Banfield Hospital in the back of the store. That aside, when I went to pay for the litter, the Petsmart cashier had me swipe my credit card, then enter it to the chip reader, about 10 times... Her supervisor or manager came over and watched too. Finally it asked for my pin. I had told her it was a credit card but she ran it as debit. Mistakes happen.. Whats frustrating is after having me swipe it another 10 times or so, the supervisor makes comments as if its something Im doing wrong, rather than the fact that their scanner is over sensitive or something. The Banfield scanner excepted my same card, me swiping it, ten minutes earlier, no problem. I finally asked the supervisor, with her comments like its my fault, to run it for me, and what do you know, it takes her more than one attempt too. She still goes on to tell me I must have not pushed the card all the way in. Even though they smiled and tried to act friendly, their comments were still rude and not customer centric. A man who knew them by name, Im guessing a regular, interrupted to have them get his dog a treat. While theyre getting it, his dog is putting its face right up on my 2 kittens crate. I was so annoyed with the whole experience and not once did they apologize for the wait. Needless to say, I wont be back.

I came in April 1st, the night of my six year old daughter’s birthday party to buy her first pet. I was pleasantly surprised to see such great prices and sales (after coming from a nearby competitor that was three time the expense). I was looking for a fish for her first pet and had not been fish/pet shopping in over 10 plus years. My how the supply and choice has evolved. I wanted something simple but fun... I started getting overwhelmed by the great amount of selection when I was greeted by a Miss Ashlynne Wright. I was immediately relived from the worries of finding just the right gift as she led me throughout the entire process divinely. She helped me gather a cute ink castle tank for a white beta she nick named "Elsa" the pink and purple rocks, and buy two get one free pink and blue plant foliage, and who can forget the healthy choice of water treatment solution. She wouldnt back down from the quality of this product however more expensive I knew I could tryst her judgment as she stood firmly behind the care. When I went to checked out, Sandy confirmed what a great choice this will be for a very special six year old girl to receive as her birthday present. Mentioning that it was a "perfect choice". My daughter loves little "Elsa" and I recommend this store and their extremely friendly team to everyone!!! Thank you PetSmart at Everett Mall! Sincerely, Shawn St. Pierre

I will NEVER recommend taking your pets to the grooming station! My dog is about 2 and he is not fixed. I took him in to get his nails cut and grind, bathed, etc. Well the atmosphere was tense as I had felt it when I walked in. I explained what I wanted and the lady didnt seem to know what I was even talking about. So after I am standing for about 10 minutes she takes my dog and he was not happy. He was skidding across the floor like he didnt want to go back. Well then she starts to put her hand down and he growled at her a few times. Another lady comes up and tells her to come up behind him! So then she says, "We cant take your dog. He is growling and is going to bite her." I then looked and said ok well what about a muzzle? I have seen them on other dogs that are much bigger. My dog weighs only 8 lbs. She then looked at me like I was stupid and said "Well I cant touch him". I then looked at her right back like SHE was an idiot and said Ok well i can do it then ! I drove nearly half an hour to come get him taken care of. Her response then was "No he will bite through it." I walked out and I will NEVER recommend any one going there ever ! Muzzles are to keep the mouth SHUT you idiot and not have them bite. I definitely recommend taking else where even if it is a little more expensive. At least you will get better customer service!

Ive never been too much for caring whether or not I go to Petsmart or Petco, but now I care! Most of the time, when I go into Petco they ignore me, and cant answer my questions. Tonight, I decided to try Petsmart for a quick cricket run. They were out of crickets until tomorrow (oh no!) but I got the meal worms my beardie likes. Then I mentioned to the guy in Aquatics/Small Animals (his name was Eric) that my Beardie seemed to be hibernating but forgetting to sleep (lol), and not eating much at all. He suggested I consider Zillas Jump-Start Caloric Supplement and Appetite Stimulator, saying thats what they use for sick or anorexic reptiles. He didnt try to push me into the sale, he actually said "Its kind of expensive and you can always come back if he refuses the meal worms", but Im desperate so I decided to try it, and it worked right away! Im so happy! I was really worried about my beardie, and now hes energetic and eating! Will only shop at Petsmart now!

When I was at PetSmart today with my daughter we found the staff being very friendly and helpful when we were purchasing some fish when I got home I put my tank together floated my fish has directed and later on I noticed one of my fish passed away it was belly up I didnt picked it up went back to PetSmart with it showed him the bag and they said will help you out right away and when I got back to where the fish were at there was somebody to meet me there they havent been busy with a customer right after they were done they were able to help me they got me a new fish and how was very helpful grateful for what they did and they help me and I will return back to this PetSmart or future purchasing of more fish and a bigger tank later on in time

I would NEVER go to this vet ever again! you couldnt pay me to take my dog here again! I brought my puppy in for a check up and it started out fine with the asst. he took her temp and ears and then came back in with the vet. The first thing he did was looked in her ears and said she had an infection and from here tried to sell me a package that i "NEEDED" and spent about 15 minutes on that and then ask if she was crate trained. From there he left the room and the asst. came back with a prices of what it would cost to fix her ears up and a few shots($300)..... This Vet had no right being a vet and did not seem to care for the animal one bit! NEVER AGAIN!

My Leopard Gecko died only a couple weeks after I had bought him. When I first got my leo he had absolutely no fat reserves and hadnt eaten once since I got him. He lived for about a month. No wonder they only give you a 14 day guarantee, Soon he had also developed a runny nose, was lethargic, was always hiding and had bad skin problems. I would recommend buying your pet with fat reserves. Also when I went in, the lady that helped me seemed like didnt know much of what was going on, she didnt know really what I needed, didnt help me with all my questions I asked. I was so disappointed. He was my first reptile.
