Went in to the store today just wanting to transfer information from the old phone to iPhone new phone. The girl named Jessica wasnt even trying to be helpful. First, she asked for my phone number and ID, and said your name is not on the account. We can not do anything, "you would have to ask the primary account holder to add you." ( thats understandable) Secondly, she said " We can sell you the SIM card but we just cant activate it for you." I said fine I will buy the SIM card, I asked, can you put in the SIM card for me? (Which I assume most of the customer rep would and they have the pin for it, of course I can put it in myself) She said "oh you just need a pin and you can put it in". (Wouldnt it be easier if you have the tool there and just install it right there? Or you can just said we dont have the tool) Lastly, I asked can you help me transfer the contact information from the old phone to the new one? She went straight up like " oh we dont carry those cable anymore." ( I thought she couldnt transfer whatsoever in the store anymore. Later on, I went to another t mobile store found out that you really just need the old cable, which she could of ask if I have the old cable available with me). Instead, she wasnt even trying to offer a solution and pushing the responsibilities right back at the client. Never going back to that store again! I feel sorry to the next customer who had to talk to her about anything!

I was unsatisfied by the experience; but its a new, clean store with plenty of staff, so thats why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. 1) Waited a few minutes after a guy greeted me. The two employees both had customers. Little did I know there were two more employees in back. No one was called to come out for me, it seemed they just came out on their own eventually. 2) When I did get helped, the young lady asked what she could do for me while she was logging in or whatever on the computer. Once I finished saying what I wanted she looked up blankly and said, "What?". She didnt hear a word I said. I repeated that I wanted to move from an old phone to an iPhone someone gave me and she said, "Oh, so you want to buy a SIM card". I said that the T-Mobile in N. Seattle cut the existing card down for free (but the phone was still locked by AT&T at the time so they couldnt finish the transfer). She said, they didnt do that at her store at all. She said it was "Only $10 for a card". Apparently $10 is nothing for her, and I felt her grasp on the situation and her ability to successfully complete this task was tenuous at best. So I walked out and returned to the N. Seattle store where they handled everything like pros - cutting down the card and transferring everything for no charge.

If they are selling you a new sim-card activation they will jump all over it. But the people in this shop dont care about customer service. They refused to provide a receipt for 2 phones on a deferred trade in program. I want a piece of paper that you took my iPhone 5 & iPhone 6, and I want it to show what my new bill amount will be since you made me sign that it was full price until I brought in the trade in phone. The original contract says you are giving me $0 on trade which is wrong. I was literally told to come back when 1 certain employee that signed me up was working. I live an hour and a half away so that isnt going to happen morons. The other employees there stand around, look at their phone, dont give a $hit about customers unless there is a commission to be had on an activation. Meanwhile, the store also messed up my hotspot account, and the 800 number has made numerous mistakes too. Just constant issues...The 800 number also wants to ship me phones but cant seem to confirm what my trade in is or will be. Ridiculous and unprofessional. BBB complaint is next.

I dont usually take the time to write bad reviews but these guys truly deserve one. Both times Ive been at this store, I have received nothing but horrible customer service. They dont want to spend the time to explain anything. They charged us $40 for opening a "new account". When asked to explain why, the girl with the tattoo and some other chick were so irritated and responded with some nonsense. Why do we have to pay for 2 sim cards and temporary numbers when we just want a new account? It felt like they are only after selling sim card/activation. When asked the cost of a phone and our monthly bill they simply glossed over the questions like it was free or something. We spent over an hour setting up a new account and ordering a phone. Later on, we found out from another T-Mobile store that they charged us $40 for no reason. So we had to cancel our phone order and the new account. A total waste of time. They dont know what they are doing at all. Save yourself the time and headache. Stay away from this T-Mobile store. Horrible customer service all around.

i have to say this is the worse place i have been ever. the sales was trying to get me to switch to t mobile, but i said i would think about it. then he lost all the smile his face. and keep asking me why i wouldnt switch them today? after min, another sales rep jumped into the conversation, also try to pressure me into signing the contract with them. while this happening, a lady walked into the store asking for help on the device she recently purchased, a sales person quickly turns her away to another store, and said there isnt anything they can do here to help her. the lady asked where are these other stores that you are talking about, may i have their address? the sales said they dont have their address. the lady got upset and left the store. i was shocked, how did this place even in business?

45min into testing a 600$ tablet. Previously spent 2k in equipment in the last 3months. Tatooed up rude chick refused to connect the Samsung Tab so I could test it for my business. She wanted me to enter all my personal information. Yeah right! If she cant accommodate another 700$ sale after accesories....she kills the deal...and wasted my time. Dont ever use this store again! The previous guy that sold me the first 2k in equipment was really helpful...this other unprofessional woman is going to lose one sale after another for her paycheck and the franchise owners.....better get rid if her before she costs more than u r willing to lose. Juat wanted to test Mozilla on it.....her refusal cost you.

I want to exchange iPhone 6s to the same model because when I charge it, it get over heat, it is very obvious that is the phones problem. The staff told me, I have to use the charger which come with the iPhone, that I can avoid my iPhone get over heat. I asked can I use my charger which come from Apple and with the same model, the staff said no, and even the store manager keep telling me electric device is weird. ARE THESE GUY FINISH HIGH SCHOOL? DONT KNOW THE BASIC Physics knowledge? REALLY? Base one the same specs one iPhone 6s charger cannot charge another iPhone 6s? Again, ARE THESE GUYS REALLY FINISH HIGH SCHOOL?
