These guys are joke and almost killed my fiancé who has asthma. We dropped off her script for Adavair at noon on Saturday and they said it will be 2 hours? Whatever, we left and came back and it appeared they had forgotten about the script and said oh it will be another hour. So we went home and waited and waited and finally at 650pm we got the text and went to pick it up. We show up and they tell us that her insurance needs an update from her Dr otherwise they wont cover it. Well gee, it would have been great if you said something hours ago when the Dr office was still open. Frustrated we said screw it, how much without insurance? They replied 988$!! Omg, screw it, we went home and she ended up in the ER twice that weekend. This isnt the only time this has happened. They have done that to me on several occasions but this time took the cake. I just moved here and this rite aid is a train wreck compared to the Fife location. Im transferring all our perscriptions elsewhere where people take pride in their work. If you want to die, go here.

I have been EXTRAORDINARILY patient with this pharmacy for almost two years. Today, Ive hit my limit. The pharmacist at this place should be fired. Absolutely rude, talks over you, and puts you on hold most of the time. If you hate working there, just leave. Dont take it out on your customers! There are maybe two people there who are decent. The rest cant count at all. Seriously! How do you fill a 45 count with 30? Or 45 count with 40? Im constantly having to go back to prove that they shorted me on prescriptions (because I count them as soon as I get them, knowing that they have about a 20% failure rate). I submit prescriptions on Sunday, putting a Monday pick-up, knowing that it wont be ready till Thursday. Yes, they are the absolute worst. I only go there because they have a drive-thru. Otherwise, I would ditch them so fast. Btw: their app is subpar as well. The scan doesnt work, and it never remembers your favorite store thats in your profile. Everything is manual. Can Rite Aid do anything right??

After many years, today is the last day as a customer of BL Rite Aid. Had a cart loaded with misc items plus beer & wine for a 4th of July party. At check out the associate asked for my ID and I said I didnt have it & informed her that Im 70 years old (true). She tried to call the manager for assistance and while waiting another assistant came to the register & proceeded to tell me more than once its "company policy." That I understand because many other stores have the same policy but when they look at a customer who is clearly "many years over the drinking age" they immediately run an override on the cash register or politely ask customer to wait for the manager. This associate did not offer either as an option (although the first associate who I believe was in training seemed somewhat confused). Im not proud of my reaction but just left the store. However, the old saying "do not mess with grandmas over 70" is probably something This particular Rite Aid should pay attention to.

They simply are the biggest group of uncooperative unprofessional pharmacist that Ive ever been affiliated with and Ive been going to Rite Aid for over 12 years now and several States I always stuck with him because they are always loyal dependable and friendly.This outfit out here is extremely confrontational ,always trying to pick an argument with their customers ,the fact that they gave them one star is for their location only. I have never seen a group of people that was supposed to be customer service oriented so ill-equipped to deal with people. And to top it off they argued with my Dr on how to fill out his prescription forms, this is a doctor that has been in service for over 35 years and, it they have been extremely uncooperative on so many levels, I shall never use Rite Aid ever again because of this one store and their Pharmacy Department,pathetic! If I did my job,like they do their job, I would be fired.

I have used this pharmacy for years, never once have I had a problem with the employees in the pharmacy up until recently when all the old employees were replaced or quit. I have a thyroid condition and need my medinaction to function right my doctor has faxed in my approval to refill request twice and one lady keeps telling me they were denial letters and the other is saying they are waiting for the exact prescription from my doctor. Wth!? They have no idea what there doing in there. There customer service sucks. And they wont even give me a emergency dose like they use to, which I need! I will not return to this pharmacy its a joke.

My mother used to come here, but only because it was the only place her insurance would cover (other than Costco, where she refused to go on her day off because she worked there). It was terrible. I remember waiting in line for hours to get scrips that were "ready", the service was terrible, and the price was more than twice what Costco charged. Most pharmacies do price matching... why not here?? I couldnt come here because they dont take Medicaid, so they wouldnt take any of my daughters scrips... boy did they miss out for a while there...

If i could give no stars i would. Tried to steal my prescription of pain medication. Said my insurance wont cover it. Said ok can i have it back and the lady got all pissed and rude and wrote all over the front of it trying to keep me from getting it. Thank you fred meyers. Fred meyers said im not the first one they have done this too. Will never use rite aid again. They need to be fired that is complete BS

My wife had our HMA credit card, I went to get some blood pressure pills refilled, and they would take the credit card over the phone. so I had to go without until I could get them the actual card. They dont care about you, only the bottom line. My advise is go to Wal-mart they are less expensive anyways, and believe it or not, better service also!

Day time pharmacist from India is so rude in bonney lake had nothing but problems since we moved up here she refused to give 3 nexium for my husband who has gurd n weve got boeing insurance n they drop the ball with the automatic refill n didnt fax the dr until the 4th which is a holiday shes so rude

I filled a prescription for a personal / private type issue. Two female employees, several times now - not just once, have snickered and look at each other giggling. Its very upsetting to me that they cant be professional.

Rude and so slow! Probably the slowest customer service I have ever had. The drive thru window is useless as no one ever comes to the window but going inside is no good either as they take their sweet time just as much.

My husband and I have been using this pharmacy for 13 years and have always had the best service we could ever ask for. We wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thank you Bonney Lake Rite Aid
