I went into this Sprint store a few weeks ago, because I wanted to analyze my bill and work out a few discrepancies. Victor was in that day, and he went above and beyond in every way to ensure I left a happy customer. To be honest, I had stopped at T-mobile before coming in, because I was so fed up with the back and forth I was experiencing with Sprint. I have been a loyal customer since 2012, and have always had an iPhone. Once the 6 came out, I decided to use my upgrade because it was supposed to make my plan cheaper. Instead, a representative in California that helped me did something to my account where I was paying for two lines without knowing. Not only did Victor look into my past charges, and figure this out, he also called Sprint to work with me in getting my account back in good standing & correct the charges. He was passionate about helping me from the very beginning to the end, and spent quite some time calling around. Needless to say, I left a happy customer and was even reimbursed from past charges that I overpayed. I would highly recommend this sprint store for the quality of service and the thoughtfulness that goes into every transaction from the employee. Please pass this along to Victor, and make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.

Victor is a god. A genius god. Outstanding customer service going above and beyond! He fixed all my issues transferring my SIM card to a new device by: 1) Providing accurate information over phone call when he was already busy helping a long line of customers 2) Staying 15 minutes after closing time (8pm) to help me when I arrived to the store in person 3) Being patient with me, even when I had to call my family to confirm my Sprint PIN# 4) Making a phone call to get my new, unregistered device into the Sprint network 5) Finding a new SIM card on the spot to aid in my transition from Android to iPhone I struggled for 3 or so hours trying to get help from other Sprint locations and the general phone service line, so I was starting to panic when it was approaching closing times, but Victor fixed everything, and I really cannot thank him enough. I am a very, VERY happy customer. Thank you!

A sales associate at this store attempted to scam my mother while she was replacing her broken phone. She was given two ‘free’ devices (mobile hotspot and landline simulator), even though she did not want or need them, which added recurring fees to the phone plan. She was also sold new USB chargers because her old ones would ‘damage her new phone’ (total BS). Since she is on our family plan, we were able to revert the changes, but when she returned the devices they charged her a restocking fee and failed to deactivate the additional lines. Even if you wouldn’t fall for this, please avoid this location on principle.

My phone had shut down and wouldnt come back on, i called on a sunday to see how late they were open because i worked til 6, the guy who answered was super nice and even though they closed at 6 offered to stay late so i could bring my phone for him to look at. He (i think it was the manager) was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and even though he couldnt help me in his store he was able to help me find another place that had what i needed and even called them for me. Will definitely be coming back if i need anything else :)

I love this place. Most cell phone stores try to upgrade your service or offer you a better deal that really doesnt help (like my old Verizon plan). The manager at this store sat down with my fiancée and I and told us where we could cut back on our service and he changed our plan saving us just over $30 a month. He didnt try to sell us a "free" tablet or "free" phone upgrades or anything like that. He genuinely cared and that is why we will be lifelong spring customers. I will always recommend Brenton and his staff!

Thanks Nick! My girlfriend isnt a sprint customer anymore and we were trying to get her iphone 5 unlocked from Sprint. Nick got on the phone and seriously grilled his own company why they dont unlock devices. Even though sprint corporate can be a pain - Nick is looking out for you (or me in this case). Seriously if I was a sprint customer, I would be doing all my business with him and that store. I hope this review gives just a small fraction of appreciation of trying to help us today!

Fast, Reliable, Simple Service. I would like to thank Victor for helping me fix my locked screen phone and processing the functions so that I could reset it. Customer Service over the phone could not help me, but this Sprint Store location could. Wow! Impressive! I recommend all customers to go to this Sprint locations. Good deeds!
