Im not to keen on the location (extremely busy street thats difficult to get in and out of), the setup of the showroom (super crowded), or the sales manager(s) (heavy on the pressure). However, Ryan Slater is an excellent and knowledgeable salesman that provided me with a great experience for each of the two bikes I purchased from here. He was willing to work within the parameters that I gave him, even if it wasnt the most profitable approach for the dealer- the sales manager on the other hand was a little pushy. If it wasnt for Ryans low pressure and down to earth approach I probably would have gone somewhere else. I look forward to working with him in the future! Thanks Ryan!

Unhelpful parts department. Was sold the wrong part for my bike from another Harley dealer, but when they didnt have the part in stock I had to call this dealership. When I asked over the phone for them to verify something on the correct part so that I was not sold the wrong part again, I was told they were too busy to do this and I would need to come into the store to look on my own... Really?! You cant take 2 minutes to verify something so that I dont have to waste another few hours of my day and potentially still not get the parts I require? In short, I will not be using this parts or service department again.

Worked with Ryan to buy a 2010 Heritage Softail Classic. Bike was fairly priced but they still worked with me to get a good deal on clothing with the bike. I havent used their service department yet but I liked the laid-back atmosphere and good sales service. It was missing the owners manual and Ryan had it ordered for me at no cost. The bike was prepped, clean and gassed up for me on pickup day. The follow-up has been good and questions via email are answered same day. All in all, its the kind of quality service I can easily recommend to others.

This dealership is really hit or miss. Some of the people I interacted with while purchasing my new HD motorcycle were good; however, many acted like it was my privilege to ask them a question. Once I purchased the bike, I needed some things done before taking it. I never received one follow-up call about when it would be ready. I had to do everything. The bottom line is it totally depends on who you get when you go there. Not a good customer service organization throughout.

I purchased my 2016 Ultra Limited from Eastside, and mainly due to Ryan. This was my second bike that I have bought from Ryan. He was honest, caring and fun to be around. He and the team at Eastside will always have my business as long as I live in Washington. If there is a third bike in my future, it will definitely be bought at Eastside and from Ryan. The service and parts team members are knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks Eastside for making it easy and fun.

A couple days ago I had the unfortunate experience of being in the way of a car that ran thru a stop sign in a parking lot near Eastside Harley. I called 911 then Eastside and Eastside ended up beating the police to the scene. After getting to the dealership I felt as if I had nothing to worry about, the whole crew at Eastside made my accident much easier to deal with. The big bummer is my 2012 Street Glide is a total loss.

I spent over $400 on pre-ordered parts with the intention of picking them during the bike show in December. They refused to offer any promotional benefit other than a $10 gift card redeemable with another purchase in January 2010. They advertise using the Harley national promotion but offer significantly less. Spend your money elsewhere as there are dealers who care and provide customer service.

I walked in at 4 PM on a Saturday and drove away with a used Harley by 5:20 PM. They even stayed late 20 minutes after closing to make it work. That time includes getting financing and trading in my old bike. I got a great deal on the used Harley, and I feel they gave me a fair price on my used bike. Im very pleased with the way I was treated. No high pressure sales or shady sales tactics.

Poor customer service. Sold an item on eBay that was not in stock. Will not honor the sale. Refunded my money without contacting me and attempting to make the purchase right. I needed this item and now I have to find it somewhere else for more money. Two different shipping prices on eBay. ANSWER YOUR PHONES. How are people suppose to contact you if were put on hold for a life time.

I got a good deal on a used bike. I had a good sales experience. I was able to negotiate price and was not pressured more than normal. The bike was immaculate when I picked it up and I was given a good demo of how everything worked. I have been back and purchased on the retail side and had a pleasant experience that side as well.. I would recommend giving them a shot.

Amazing customer service and super friendly staff, especially Shaun... What a guy! I Was shopping some accessories for my HD Softail Deluxe and I got everything I needed in seconds. Shaun showed me the new Milwaukee-8 2017 rides and invited me to a trial test ride on any sunny day. If I lived around here, he would have definitely sold me one of those babies!

no party here either. really, nothing here. lots of new bikes that all look alike. no deals. seems they try to make their sales quota, and thats it. the used bikes section... saw a guy buy a road king for $14,000 and it was dirty and scuffed. the sales manager didnt even offer to have it washed for him. he rode off with a dirty bike. thats service.

They are silent about telling you any details of the bike so be careful to ask about all details yourself. In my case they tried to sell me a 2016 bike by keeping silent about the model year and just saying that its a brand new bike. I had to take a refund of my downpayment when I found that out from paperwork.

Location beats out the old HD bellevue. Friendly staff! If you want to test ride one, they have a big parking lot if you are a little skiddish. Big apparel section too. Service center on site, cant comment on what kind of job they do, I maintain I do not own a harley. (But Id buy one here)

New to the area. The battery on my bike died in the move. I called Eastside Harley. They came and picked up the bike, fixed the problem, and went above and beyond to fix another issue free of charge. They delivered the bike back to me. Talk about excellent customer service.

This Eastside dealership is under the same ownership as the Lynnwood Emerald City Harley-Davidson. The staff is usually well informed, albeit a bit inclined to pressure would-be buyers. If you go in knowing what you want and around what its worth, you should be fine.
