I feel the public should know about the way this organization treats customers! For about two month I had been looking for a new truck for my business. I found a great truck on their web site with low mileage that was a perfect fit and I was ready to buy it that day with a check in hand. I called and spoke to a lady named Melissa and made her an offer. As expected the haggling started and she told me that the truck was in her inspection shop getting a transmission line repaired than it was going to a shop for a state inspection. She told me that she was going to send me the car fax equivalent that day and she would get back to me with in a day or two with her best price. The following morning I checked my emails and did not see the promised car fax equivalent so I called her for a status update. She informed me that she was showing the truck to someone else while it was at the shop still under repairs and he was probably going to buy it. I was told that there was nothing I could do. I called today and yes they sold the truck out from under me so I told her that she was very unprofessional and received the rebuttal that a local guy had been looking for that exact trucks so they sold it to him. I am only 35 miles away so I should have been considered local as well. Who lists a truck before it is ready to go with out state inspection and who would try to sell a truck while it is in the shop getting repaired with no test drive. We were in the middle of negotiation and she promised to get back to me but instead sold the truck out from under me. Theses people do not care about you or how they treat any of their customers ,they are all about the sale. I would not waste my time calling these people again for anything no matter how good the vehicle looks as it probably is a mirage. As the saying goes Just another sleazy car salesman. I test drove a vehicle that was in great condition during the road test. I decided to purchase the vehicle, and scheduled to pick the vehicle up 2 days later. Once I had the vehicle in my possession, I noticed certain items that are standard with the vehicle were missing. I also experienced a loud knocking noise coming from the driver’s side undercarriage. When I contact 29 Auto Outlet (a subdivision of Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, VA), 2 days after I purchased the vehicle, they tried avoiding my calls or respond to my emails. I took the vehicle to Country Chevrolets service department and they determined, after going to them twice, that the front struts were bad and need to be replaced. The service department informed me that it would be $1600 to fix the problem. So, 2 days after purchasing a vehicle I was hit with a bill for $1600 that the dealer refuse to pay. One would assume that an honest dealer would have provided customer satisfaction by ensuring the vehicle was in the same condition after a test drive and honor any repairs after the buyer had it for 24 hours. I highly recommend that if you decide to purchase from this dealer that you take the vehicle with you the same day. You may not get the same vehicle and/or parts if you come back any other day.

I go there to look at a 6.0 GTO.. GET there and test drive the vehicle..loved it! Ran my credit and couldnt get approved through his banks so we said, hey why not go to your bank and try to get approved through them.. went to my bank the next day talked with them.. the next day after that I get a call from the bank saying Im approved so I call the dealership to let them know Ill be getting the car and he said thats great, but I have someone coming from north Carolina today to look at it..I told him I could be there by 5 with the full amount and he said this guy had precedence over me but if he doesnt purchase it you can.. (idk how be could have precedence over me since I told him I was going to get it one way or another) I call him at 2..nothing.. 3..nothing... he calls me at 4 saying the guy bought it... I wouldnt recommend them to anybody

I recently purchased an 09 Silverado Work Truck thru Earl at 29 Auto Outlet. I had my local mechanic look the truck over top to bottom and he confirmed that I had made a purchase of a unit in excellent condition. I met Earl about a year ago when I first decided to look for another work truck for my business and am very pleased with Earls no pressure approach, since I was in no hurry and wanted to make sure that I got the right truck for my needs. Earl was very accommodating to my extremely busy schedule and made this a hassle free experience. On my way home the day I picked the truck up, I realized that two of the speakers were not working. I contacted him right away, and without question Earl resolved the issue. I have recommended Earl and 29 Auto to several people and will continue to do so. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

I recently traded my custom F150 for an F350 Dually here. Melissa and Seth provided me with top dollar for my trade and sold me a high quality, impeccably maintained vehicle at an incredibly reasonable price. What amazed me and ultimately gave me the confidence to buy a previously owned vehicle at 29 Auto, was their knowledge of not just the current condition and specifications of the F350, but their detailed knowledge of how the previous owner had used the truck. Bought a Tahoe hybrid here about a year and a half ago....had misfires a month after and was told by warrneton Chevy it was because of after market wires n plugs...got that fixed, then same problem and was told needed uper intake decarbonization, so paid out of pocket for that...then a few months after needed plugs again...until this year when the cam bearing spun at 111k cant afford the 5-10k in repairs and I feel like I was given band aid fixes until it blew

Just made a purchase from Country Commercial and very satisfied with my experience. Earl was my point of contact and throughout made every effort to return calls and be point on with answers to my questions. I traveled from PA to pickup my vehicle, he did all that I could ask to make my trip and the transaction uncomplicated and timely as possible. His approach was as straight forward as I could ask and made my experience one with no concern.
