Horrible experience with this FedEx location, Worst customer service i have ever experienced from the girl Aycha, she was very rude and not helpful at all. Only thing that was given was attitude. I had 17 page printed out plane paper which i get charged for it, she told me she cant reimburse it, but the sticker on her name budge said she had been employed since 2009, and she told me to wait for manager which after i waited long she said her manager is busy interviewing, her co worker wanted to help me but she told him no, and she was treating him bad and bossing him around, may be he is new, i left my number for the manager to call me, i didnt get any call, i wouldnt recommend any one to go there

terrible, terrible, terrible! Fedex have serious problem with their local office in this area, multiple times, they didnt deliver, they didnt leave door tag, or left blank door tag(no date, no delivers signature, no pick up time limit), or even return the package without delivery, you guess what? the tracking information in their system says, they tried twice a day to deliver. Horrible services, un-trust-worthy system and people over there, and theres no way to complaint with their customer service department, the only thing the CSD do is repeat the tracking information to you and tells you they did every thing right.

I walked in to this "FedEx" office to ship a Consent letter to Toronto, on a friday to be delivered by wednesday the following week, so my son could travel on that Friday. On tuesday I get a call from the manager of the office telling me that I did not fill out the paper work correctly and consent letter has not shipped. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Common! you are going to call me the day before the delivery!! When complaining the Manager told me that they are not a Fed Ex office? So what ar they? I will never go to this office again!.

Extremely slow. Generally two people working but one stays in the back. They try to upcharge charge you on everything. Guy in front of me came in with a prepackaged box. The employee shook the box and told him he needed to buy more supplies. He declined, while explaining it was bubble wrapped. She kept pushing. Meanwhile the line had about 7 people in it. This was one visit but its the same story every visit. They are rude and lack customer service. Expect 7-10 mins per person in line.

Love that they have Sunday Hours unlike the Ashburn Location. I needed to print some important documents for use early Monday Morning. I visted the Ashburn Location and discovered it is closed on Sundays. I hurried to this location and was grateful that they were open. I used their self service computer to open and print documents and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thanks for being opened on Sundays for emergencies like these.

Spite the faulty equipment, out dated software and seemingly over worked staff, the staff really makes an effort to provide you with a good experience. They are only able to do so much with what they have. I give this review based on the negligence of the company, not due to any lack of customer service on part of the staff

I absolutely love the ladies who work here! I have always had great service and they have always been timely and acknowledged my when the lines have been longer than usual. I highly recommend this Fedex. I have been going here for years and will continue to go as well. Thanks for the great service!

Worst service ever. I have no idea why the guy in there did not even want to look at us or offer any help. He looked like he was forced to be there. I was about to call the cooperation and file a legitimate complain, but my fiance said no. I hope you guys find a way to do something about it.

I use this FEDEX office regularly - I have always had stellar service. I have shipped easy boxes and some more complicated things. Staff have taken the initiative to help me pack and send the most efficient and cost-effective way. I will continue to use this office for my FEDEX needs.

I wish i can give negative, Aycha was very slow like a snail and it seems like she has couple of favorite group of people that she only wants to help, she is very rude and not welling to help, she actually act like she is doing something in order to no be asked for help.

Several times now. Slow service. Dont speak English. More confrontational than worried about service. Flat out lie about package when I can see where package has been online. Have not met one person there that should be working customer service. Absolutely horrible!

Long wait for service (approximately 20 minutes). Only one person working. Waited another 15 minutes to pay for a fax. I spent about 45 minutes here attending to what should have taken no more than 10 minutes total. I will not use this location again.

Horrible customer service, always a long line of customers. I emailed over a PDF for which I needed 2 copies, when I went to pick them up they had not been printed and I had to wait about 30-40 minutes. Lady is nice but they are clearly understaffed.

I had a great experience, here. I redirected my package from dell here and everything was set within a few minutes. Kudos to the Cheerful Lady "Cytran" who helped every customer with alacrity, even when she was short handed.
