The Walmart Supercenter located on Shelia Lane is in need of re-structure, from Management to employees. I will address Appearance, Management, Employees, and Check-out. 1. Appearance- The appearance of any establishment means a great deal and says a lot about their business and the type of clientele they serve. The outside appearance is great. When you enter the building it is a whole different story. The foyer is always trashy and has a lot of clutter in it. There is a guessing game on whether you will see a Greeter or any Santi-wipes. Santi-wipes can be ordered through company supply order. It is unexceptable for any establishment to run out of wipes, especially when we live in a society where there are so many germs being spread through contact. Just by looking at the Foyer, one would wonder if the products that you buy there are clean or dirty. 2. Management- At no time when you visit this store will you ever see a Manager on the floor. When you visit an establishment you would like to see the Store Manager regardless of whether or not you need to speak with him. A good Manager would be seen on the floor greeting customers, helping customers, and putting up stock and just being there if needed. Not sitting in an office for their entire shift. 3. Employees- The employees act like you are bothering them when you ask them for help. Most of the time you can not find an employee in a department and when you ask an employee to call the person who works in the department, they never show up. The employees are not friendly and will not greet you when they pass by you. 4. Check-out- Walmart has invested a lot of money to install a lot of cash registers to collect dust. When you check out there is only 5 registers open. The self service registers are always closed. The lines are always long. What is the need to have a lot of registers and do not utilize them. It is called a waste. Management does not do a good budget and projection with customer traffic, and great customer service. The President of the company really need to visit and make some drastic changes to this store. This can be a great store and can be done with training, new employees, and new Management

I dont know about the rest of the store, but I think just about everyone working in Tire & Lube was dropped as a baby. We popped a tire on 64 on our way in to town, and I called to see if they had our specific tire before we went to this store. I was put on hold without even being told, then the guy who picked up a couple minutes later hung up on me. When we got there, we had to explain repeatedly to the lady that we had Walmarts nationwide roadside warranty and wanted to repair the tire if we could, and if it couldnt be repaired, we wanted a new tire put on and we wanted the old one as well. The lady apparently couldnt grasp this and asked us several times whether we just wanted the old tire repaired or just wanted a new one. We finally got her to understand, then went to wait. While we were waiting in the auto department, she completely disappeared, and other customers started asking US where she was. The phone rang endlessly without anyone coming to get it. When the car was finally done, she magically appeared and told us our warranty was voided because we had an alignment problem. Of course our alignment was out- wed just been driving on the interstate on a donut for an hour! At that point we didnt care anymore, so we paid and left. We looked at our receipt on our way to the parking lot, and saw a "tire disposal fee". We went back in to get the tire (so we could take it to someone who would bother fixing it) and they said they put it back in the car. We went back out to our car, and only the donut was there. We gave up and left.

THIS IS THE WORST WAL MART I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND LAZY! IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET HELP FINDING AN HP INK THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN STOCK. THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAD EIGHT IN STOCK AND THE ONE GIRLS SUGGESTION WAS TO HAVE THEM JUST ZERO IT OUT RATHER THAN TRY TO LOCATE IT. I WAS SENT FROM ELECTRONICS TO STATIONARY TO ELECTRONICS TO STATIONARY SEVERAL TIMES AND THE GIRL IN STATIONARY ALSO SAID AT FIRST BEFORE EVEN LOOKING THAT THEY DONT CARRY IT IN THAT DEPT.. IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER IN EACH DEPARTMENT AND YOU WOULD THINK THAT IF THAT IS YOUR DEPARTMENT YOU WOULD KNOW THAT IT IS STOCKED THERE ALSO! FINALLY IT TOOK FINDING A MATURE WOMAN NAMED MARY (NOT THE MANAGER, SHE WAS JUST AS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY AS THE EMPLOYEES!) WHO WORKED I THE STATIONARY AREA WHO DID NOT GIVE UP TRACKING IT DOWN UNTIL IT WAS FOUND! ARE THEY NOT TRAINED THAT WHEN THEY JUST ZERO THINGS OUT IT IS SHOWN AS A LOSS WHICH DOWN THE LINE MAKES PRICES HIGHER FOR ALL! I HAD MY 3 YEAR OLD GRAND DAUGHTER IN THE RESTROOM AND THERE WERE 4 EMPLOYEES INCLUDING A SUPERVISOR SPEAKING EXTREMELY LOUD BOUT A PHONE CALL RECEIVED FROM SOMEONE THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BEAT UP AND USED SEVRAL COLORFUL WORDS BEING AWARE WE WERE IN THERE! YOU NEED TO GET SOMEONE IN THERE TO DO A MAJOR OVERHAUL OF YOUR MANAGEMENT AND THEN TAKE IT FROM THERE! I WILL GLADLY SPEND MORE MONEY AT ANOTHER STORE THAN HAVE TO STEP FOOT BACK THERE!

This is the worst of any Walmart I have been to. So expect that. Its on edge of ghetto so their pickings are slim to start. The new grocery pick up staff is surprisingly awesome, which I was taken back by. Maybe because its new, idk but great thus far. Very helpful and always early. Ive called corporate on the store 20+ times in 5 years. They make up their own rules on returns, to which ive puked up their policy online and showed to them and they still fight, of course corporate always fixes, shouldnt have to come to that but nonetheless it does.....oh and coupons are a nightmare. If you know what you need and where it is and can expect crappy service then go. If you need help, go to a different store. This one is always out of stock and no one works in that area if you do find anyone to help you, or they have the entire Back stock of the store memorized and know they dont have any. I used to work for a different store years ago and we had back stock and friends who still works for one verified they still do, so i know thats bull. A few will get the price gun and look it up. Customer service staff is worst in the store and assistant mangers arent much better. If have even slightest problem, call 1800walmart, theyll get you straight. Ive even had to call the store while Im in it to all for help, even requesting to speak to a manager to meet me in specified area. Its ridiculous.
