I found this particular dealership through my bank and I was contacted by Ganesh Sarma who searched, for two months, for the perfect or near perfect vehicle that I wanted. He is an excellent sales associate and gave it his all. However, my low ratings come from the Sales Manager or Manager. There were requirements that I didnt agree with because of Identity Theft or the Privacy Act and asked to see policy/law saying that it was the law to do; the manager refused very rudely and said I didnt have a right to look at the policy/law and that I could buy the vehicle elsewhere. His attitude was so disgusting that we got up and walked out. I couldnt believe the customer service he provided...he shouldnt be in sales period and brings a very bad name to the dealership. However, GS called me back and I turned around to support the work he did for me. Come to find out that it is not a law to have my ID photo copied! If the company has a policy and Im required to follow it, I have the right to see it. They refused. This dealership doesnt not conduct themselves in a professional manner and if GS didnt put 2 months into it, I would have continued to drive away. There is now way I will EVER go back and do business with this organization and I recommended going to another Jeep dealership if youre looking for one. Also, the dealerships overall appearance is poor and they decided to race my new vehicle around the parking lot when bringing it out. Its a very unprofessional dealership. Disgusting!

Based upon reviews I read online, I contacted Chris Price early one Saturday morning. I told Chris that I was looking to purchase another Jeep as Ive been a proud Jeep owner for many years and looking to purchase another Jeep. Chris told me to complete the preapproval online which I did. In less than 60 seconds from clicking the submit button, I had a preapproval. I told Chris which vehicle that I wanted and the vehicle would be at the showroom on Monday morning. Later on Saturday, we found that particular Jeep had been promised to another family. Therefore, Chris asked me which model, features, and color Id like to have in my Jeep. On Tuesday evening, I picked up my brand new Jeep. Thank God for the dealer exchange program and guiding me to Haley. Kudos to Chris for doing a superb job!! Kudos to those that mentioned Chris in previous reviews and how he was able to close the deal on their new Jeep. Im more than happy to pass on my review on Chris Price and the staff at Haley. If youre looking for a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, or Ram, then Chris Price is the man to call for assistance. I highly recommend Haley Jeep! I look forward to working with you when I want my next Jeep. Please recommend to Jeep a discount for loyal Jeep owners as this is Jeep number 4 for me. It would be nice to get a military discount as a Navy veteran--not everyone chooses to retire or stay active forever. This would be the icing on the cake!

My husband and I had been considering buying a vehicle for some time and were just unsure about the style and model we wanted. We have always been Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep fans. We first came to Captial at the end of the day when the showroom was closing, however Will Edwards took the time to come out, greet us, talk to us for a little while, and offer to have us come back to test drive a few of the models when they were open. He gave us his card and told us to call him at any time. I went back later with my son and we took test drives in 3 different style vehicles. Never were we pressured to make a choice. Will could tell we were still undecided and needed time to discuss the options. When we finally made a decision to purchase a new Chrysler 200, I was very specific in what I wanted. Will and Ken worked together to locate a vehicle with the specifications that I wanted and had it brought in for me to purchase. The transition was smooth and painless and made us realize we had made a great choice in coming back to Will and the employees at Capital for our purchase. Everyone was friendly, always smiling, and pleasant. I will not hesitate to come back in the future for any purchase and will gladly recommend Will and the employees at Capital for a great deal and wonderful service! Customer service is AWFUL!!! I purchased a brand new Dart 4 weeks ago from Capital, it was on a holiday so they were unable to get a stain out of the drivers, put an inspection on the vehicle and buff out some light scratches on the passenger side and a stratch on the drivers side. I was told to "make an appointment, on a Monday" to have these things done, that their interior guy and the touch up guy only worked on Mondays. The first 2 weeks I was in the hospital but still kept in contact with my salesman, who said "no problem, bring it in when you can", the next 2 weeks were overly hectic at work but again I kept in contact with the salesman. So today I show up only to have a showdown as I was informed "these things shouldve been taken care of right away, not 4 weeks later and its not their problem that I was ill or had a hectic schedule". Now, mind you, I was having to wait for the car since nobody could tell me whether I could have a rental car and I was told there was no wifi available for me to work while I was there. THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR!!! I guess "brand new car" means nothing to these people! I got my inspection elsewhere, I was tired of dealing and arguing with these people. Theres is more customer service at Walmart! RIDICULOUS!!!

Ive been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for the past two weeks. I did a ton of research online and visited about a half dozen different dealerships in Northern Va. I found the vehicle I wanted at Haley Jeep Ram in Richmond and sent them an email. First thing in the morning I received a call from Kory Clayton. He was fantastic and answered all of my questions. Kory knew I was out of town so he sent me additional photos of the vehicle I was looking at. I spoke to Kory at least 3 times throughout the day and he was always helpful and friendly. I drove to Richmond yesterday evening and Kory had the vehicle I wanted polished and ready to show up front. He came outside to greet my family and I with the vehicles key in his hand. After a short test drive we told him wed take it. We had already agreed upon a price over the phone so things went quickly at the dealership. There were no high pressure sales tricks, pushy finance people, or anything. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. The experience was so good my wife commented that shed make the drive back to Richmond just to buy from Haley again. Thanks Kory and the rest of the staff at Haley Jeep.
