Chuck has poor business skills. His staff is second to none, including the Office Manager Beverly, and Mike and his staff in Service. Chuck is a narcissistic man with sub par customer service. He stepped in my face because I made it clear that he failed at his job.he failed at his job. We actually thought he was going to get physical. I drove from Annapolis, 2.5 hours away, only to be told he couldnt finish the paperwork. He said " I just found out that Yamaha is closed on Sunday." I get that, but as the business owner, I would expect him to have already known that, and have communicated it with me prior to my arrival from so far. I will happily take my business to any of the other 5 competitors of theirs.

I asked for a routine service, they tried to over charge $175. I told them to look at my boat because the motor was missing. When I took the boat on the water, it was running worse than when I had them look at it. Had to have another boat shop look at it. Never again!! Customer Service does not have a clue about boating. Mike, the Service Manager, was who I dealt with. He has horrible manners and wasnt really worried about my boat being fixed properly. We store our boat there, the ladies in the office are great!!

We tried every other marina at Lake Anna. Chuck was friendly and sold us immediately. We could not be happier with the service or product. We did have an issue with the floor but Mike took care of it without any problems. We will keep coming back and I will definitely recommend you. And Chuck your attitude was awesome you made myself and my wife feel welcome and comfortable. Thank You

Been with Lake Country for 11 yrs. Always been honest & fair. Also had a boat carport there for many years. Mike the new service manager is just who they needed during this expansion period. He understands the importance of new business but knows returning customers is the key to success.
