So whatever you do please DO NOT deal with the Salesman Chris at this location. He is a heavy set Caucasian with a red beard. My fiancé and I came in to get her a new phone on a Friday. We were leaving town on our way to our wedding and she had broken her phone so naturally she wanted a new one. Her contract was up for renewal and we figured we might as well combine our accounts while there since we were going to soon be husband and wife. We were paired up relatively quickly with a sales person, Chris and quickly things went from optimistic to dreadful. Verizon recently started this program called The Edge (Which is a terrible idea by the way, you WILL pay the full retail price for the phone out of pocket. But dont worry its split up over 24 month) and Chris quickly tried to change her mind from the Iphone 5S she wanted to an Android phone. Then when it came to picking what kind of plan we wanted to go with he started writing on the back of a piece of paper, speaking very quickly and being very pushy about the Edge program. I asked for some documentation to read over about the different plans and he said there wasnt any and went back to writing on the paper like we should take his word on everything. Chris was incredibly aggressive about going with the Edge program. She did not want that and asked for a 2-year contract (She later told me she might have been forced into this Edge program if it wasnt for me standing firm with what she wanted). After asking for the 2-year agreement he seemed very aggravated with us and began treating us like we were stupid, actually asking us why we were opposed to saving money (which you dont with that plan)! Then when she didnt want accessories other then a case he became even more rude, which was a surprise to me since I didnt think he could. When he was filling out the paperwork he kept saying belittling comments that made us both very uncomfortable. Finally I had to get aggressive with him telling him that we didnt care about his opinion and that the 2-year contract is what we picked. So if that wasnt bad enough we have recently found out (after returning from our honeymoon) that he didnt even combine our accounts! The whole experience was horrific. So if you want to save yourself time, money and your sanity you want to STAY AWAY from Chris! Maybe this location all together.

The store was very busy yesterday, but I was greeted by a very nice young lady. After a long wait, as I had been forwarned, Aaron and Cedric helped me with activating my new Galaxy s5. I asked them to transfer my photos and contact information from my iPhone 4 to my Android and they were very willing to do this. Because of issues with my old phone, it did take a long time (3 hours). I left and came back as instructed. When I returned, the information had not transferred, but Aaron came up with a different way and 25 minutes later I was on my way home. He even showed me the basics of how to operate my phone since I had no idea. I dont think Aaron or Cedric could have been nicer or more helpful. I have even signed up for a class to learn more about my Android. Cedric is the instructor for this class. I look forward to attending this class so I can become an educated user.

Walked in no one in front of me. Signed in just wanted to upgrade my completely broken phone to an iPhone 6--told them the color gb and that I saw it was in stock---waited for 20 minutes when Bobby finally came to help me--I said I wanted to use my upgrade rather than pay monthly, to which he replied-"you want to pay more for your phone?" At that point I was done he had taken a sure sale easy transaction and been disrespectful and rude (his tone and body language as well as words). He argued with me with every statement I made. I will never step foot in here again and will be more than likely taking my business to Sprint--worst signal but better customer service!

Ordered my phones using 611 on my current Verizon phone. When I arrived I was told my order was not ready yet so give them a little bit. I took my daughter for ice cream. When we returned I was told to leave the store by Bimal Kumar the acting manager. Then threatened to be removed from the store . Why you ask? Because I called 611 from my phone and talked to customer service whom I made the order with. Bimal wanted me to cancel my order and redo everything through the store. Needless to say I was not removed from the store and other people than bimal found a solution. Bimal Kumar should be fired. He is a bad person and horrible employee.

Worst Location to Go To!! I waited 30 mins before I was helped ( it wasnt even busy ) and then all I wanted was a simple upgrade which took 1 hour and a 1/2 before they even told me that they couldnt help me, and they didnt have the samsung I wanted, and that I needed to go buy it online. Also they called me by the wrong name repeatedly & they went back and forth on the prices of the phone and continuously tried to sell me a plan I wasnt even there for! Summary: Dont waste your TIME at this location, its bad EVERYTIME I go, but today was the worst.

Worst customer service skills from any company ever! Could barely get in the store to talk about my problem before they were trying to usher me out. Had I been a potential customer, they might have tried to be helpful. No such thing as customer service anymore. Kiss someones a$$ -- make the sale, then treat the customer like theyre human garbage. Thanks for nothing, store #331208. You might want to start with actually smiling at someone when they walk in the door. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Will break my contract over this abomination.

The worst phone shopping experience I have ever had. The store clerks, although there seemed to be dozens of them, still took forever to assist me. When they finally did, they consistently attempted to draw me into more pricey plans and payment options when I consistently stated I wished to stick with the basic plan. The attendant then managed to delete all of my contacts and pictures, transferring nothing successfully to my new phone. Needless to say, I will never be shopping here again, and I would advise others not to either.

You know you have the worst customer service when a customer walks out with a brand new phone and still feels like crap. Without a doubt the worst customer service Ive ever delt with at a Verizon location (which is really saying something considering how awful Verizon customer service normally is). Does Verizon provide any training or do they hand over the name badge and hope for the best? Avoid this store if possible.

It amazes that almost every employee at every store doesnt know what they are doing. At least 1 to 2 hours every time just to get a new phone, we had ordered the phone online and just needed to pick it up and have it activated. They do this everyday they should have it down by now, and no restrooms to use while you wait those 2 hours either. "Sorry youll have to go to starbucks next door"
