During my first trip to Advanced Auto Parts, I was waiting for service behind the counter Daniel looked at me in a gesture of help. I stepped forward and another female associate murmured a "tsk", rolled her eyes, whispered something to Daniel and walked in the back. After the awkward moment, I asked if there was a problem and Daniel replied "No, how can I help you?" I could not help but feeling the butt of ridicule as if I had chosen a male over a female purposely. Daniel was helpful, yet he is the only associate I would ever recommend talking to. On my three other visits, all other associates have been blatantly egotistical as if they were the master of all things "automotive." Do not go to this store if you have a logical question to ask, or else risk getting it thrown right back in your face with a dash of humiliation. If you show weakness of automotive knowledge at this store, the associate will not fail to exploit it and mock you. Totally unprofessional.

I probably had the best experience I have ever had doing with anything to do with automotive sales or repairs. I had my battery checked, replaced under warranty, and installed with no questions asked. Everybody that was working, especially the technician that helped me, was in a great mood, good conversation and extremely helpful. I wish I got the mans name that helped me as he deserves some serious credit. I even had some missing bolts on my spark plugs due to a shop that tried to sabotage me in the past, which he identified and replaced for me. Outstanding service. I would recommend to everyone.

Too bad you cant give a minus. Got wrong battery first time there so it died. Took forever to get a new one for exchange. Now less than a year later the battery is bad and they cant find it in the system to replace it for no charge since its under warranty. All the people there are retired old people or young kids that have no clue about cars. Im surprised they know how to start one to drive to work.

Totally incompetent salespeople. Ordered online to save myself time and hassle of walking around the store for my purchase. One of the items had to be returned and was told I had to wait an hour before being refunded. Another dissatisfied transaction with this store. Sales clerk mumbled something under his breath before walking away with a rather indifferent attitude. Not very helpful or polite

For me, they are the best. I can order on line and place on PayPal. send kids for the parts. Just love it! Their always busy, but that a good sign. Most employees are great - if you get a nasty by chance - he wont last - just hang up and call another store. Love You Guys, its a hard job and you do it well!

Nice staff that will help you figure out the best/cheapest option which was especially nice since I dont know much about cars. They suggested purchasing spark plug wires before replacing all my spark plugs because it was cheaper and easier to do, they were right and it worked!

Staff is great & battery install quick & equal in price to a car shop. Great place for wipers & car batteries on the go. Pick up auto supplies, but expect medium costs on those.
