Couldnt be better! This is a true, honest, dealership. Sami Noori, Luke Pelikan and Drew Arthurton were excellent in their jobs and in assisting a customer. No hidden or questionable fees like at other dealerships. They dont try to screw you. You tell them what you have been approved for with your loan (if you have one before you start looking) and they will work with you. This certainly was not the norm in the other dealerships I had visited prior to coming to this one. Seems like Sheehy knows how to assist the customer and make the customer experience the best because they treat the customer like he/she should be treated. Im sure not everyone has as pleasant of an experience as we did, but they do try really hard. If your expectation is reasonable, youll do quite well here. Sami Noori is excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend seeking him out when you come to look at a vehicle here. Luke Pelikan is an excellent sales manager. He was willing to work with us every step of the way. Even allowing us to take the car home the same night, even without providing the bank check to pay for the vehicle. He said if we wanted to sleep on the deal, all we had to do is leave a car there and take the vehicle we were considering purchasing home for the night. We declined, but it isnt that way every day. I wanted to do some research and come back the next morning. Both Luke & Sami understood and didnt pressure us further. Left shortly before the dealership closed for the night, but I liked how they were willing to stay as late as possible for us. Its what a dealership does to earn a customers business. We returned just after the dealership opened the next morning. We had taken care of insurance for the vehicle and had contacted Sami via text message early in the AM to prepare the paperwork as we were on our way to make the purchase. Upon arrival the car was already out in front, it had been cleaned and detailed and filled with gas. The paperwork was ready, Sami went over each form with my friend so he could sign them. Within minutes the Finance people - Drew Arthurton and Olivia (didnt catch her last name), came to get us to handle that portion. It was easy as we were already setup with a loan at a local Credit Union and they worked directly with Sheehy Nissan, so that made it even easier. We were in and out of Finance very quickly and though would consider the VIP package and the extended warranties, we just couldnt afford to pay for them now. They understood and didnt push, which is not the norm from dealerships. Got our tags -- hard tags with actual stickers and a real DMV registration. Considering other local dealerships told us that paper tags and a temp registration were the norm, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was taken care of, we were handed our copies of the paperwork, tags were put on the vehicle and we were good to go. Highly recommend this dealership. They take good care of their customers. Highly recommend seeking out Sami Noori as your salesperson. Also Luke Pelikan as your sales manager -- though it may be hard to request a sales manager, but if you can, do so! Finance I dont know if you have a choice, but Olivia and Drew are good and extremely personable. Great experience and I look to doing additional business with them in the future.

I purchased a used 2012 nissan sentra a few weeks ago. I was incredibly happy with the customer service I got when I purchased the vehicle. However, trying to schedule services with this dealership is like pulling teeth. One of my side mirrors needed to be painted. I scheduled an appointment and took my vehicle up in the morning and left is at the dealership all day. After work, I go to pick up my car and the mirror is still a different color. One of the salesmen tells me that the gentleman who paints for the dealership couldnt paint today because it was too windy. So I took my vehicle home and told him I would bring it back in two days on a Wednesday. (They told me the guy who paints only comes in on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). I bring it in on Wednesday, and like before, I left the vehicle there all day. I come back after work and it is still NOT painted. This time the gentleman hadnt shown up for work. The salesman I spoke to said I should have brought it in the day before on Tuesday. He had been there, painting. I told him that I was told the guy only came in on MWF. The salesguy then tells me to leave my car at the dealership for a couple of days and itll eventually get painted. Of course that wasnt going to work. I needed a car to get to work. And conveniently, they had no rental cars to give out. SO I come back a third time and my mirror was finally painted. My second issue with this dealership: I called to schedule my first oil change. The guy I speak to says that I dont need to make an appointment, I can come to the dealership anytime between the service hours, but it is first come, first serve. I thought "okay, that works. Ill just go after work one day." I checked online for their service hours and the website says service hours for the week are 7:00-6:00" Yesterday after work I go straight to the dealership and get there around 4:30. I speak to someone behind the service desk and tell him I need an oil change. He says "Now?! Our mechanics leave at 5." I said "Okay. What time is it now?" "He says "4:37." Apparently this was way too late for someone to come and get their oil changed. I then asked him why their hours on the website said they were open until six. He said "You can pick your car up at 6, but we stop taking new cars to service around 4." Hmm, maybe that should be mentioned on their website. I then go online late that day to schedule an appointment. I requested a midmorning, afternoon appointment and in the comment section I said "a noon appt would work best." I get an email from their service dept telling me to bring in my car at 1:30. How is that midmorning? And its way after 12:00. I have a job. I cant be spending all of my time at Sheehy begging these people to do their job and work on my car. Im so fed up with this dealership.

I purchased a used car (2013 Hyundai Elentra with 36k miles) six days ago now which the car had a clean CarFax. The allignment on the vehicle was off as I was informed that it was because they changed the tires which was understanding to me. I was also told that the vehicle would get a detail as any car in which is purchased would get as this is the normal procedure. Next day, I had to call and make the appointment for the allignment as no one had contacted me. I took the car in the morning and picked it up early evening and I was assured that it was taken care of. As I am driving home, I notice the steering wheel is still off and the problem was not resolved. The next day, I was going to take the car for a detail as it was not cleaned at the time of purchase and I have informed them about the alignment issue at the time drop off for the detail. They had assured that the car would be detailed and the allignment would be taken care of. Anyhow, I pick up the car in the evening time again and the allignment was corrected and the car was not cleaned at all. While I was driving home, there was something rolling back and forth and when I finally got home, I opened the trunk and shocked at what I found. It was a new clean laundry scent empty spray bottle. I was assured that they would shampoo the seats and so forth as there were few stains on the seats. The stains are still there and I guess the only thing they did was spray the entire car with this spray. Later on, i found crackers, papers and other trash under the seats and in the car. I have decided to not take the car back for this as I was extremely frustrated and just decided to get it done myself. I was also assured that simple maintenance was done on the vehicle as soon as they bring to their dealer such as, oil change, air filter change and etc. For some reason, I had a bad feeling about it and wanted to take it to my mechanic. I wish I can post pictures and share this with everyone but the air filter seems like it was never changed, the oil was old and in effect I find out that the car was involved in an account because the front and back bumpers were replaced and we discovered that all of 3 covers underneath the car to protect from water or snow are all broken. I am very disappointed from their dishonety and the way they do their business. It has been less than a full week and I have already spend over $500 on this vehicle just brining it to the driving conditions. Please rethink before making any kind of purchase from this dealer.
