I have had nothing but bad experiences with this Walmart. Today was the final time I shop there. I will go to Target or Martins (For food) instead. I bought an Apple TV 2 from their store as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, it wasnt working and I needed to return it. They didnt have any more so my wife bought one from Best Buy instead. When I went to return it, they asked for the original receipt. I explained to them that I didnt have it and kindly asked if they could look it up for me. Of course, the rude customer service staff they have refused stating that they dont do that. I went to the electronics department where I found a gentleman who said they did. He grabbed an assistant manager who went to the back of the store and pulled up the receipt. I thought, GREAT! Now I can return it and get my money back.... or so I thought. The manager went round-and-round with me telling me that it wasnt the "Original" receipt. Are you kidding me? It was a duplicate of my receipt and I have ID for verification as well as the card. The manager said that he wasnt allowed to do that in the first place and that they only do that for "research purposes". Long story short, he refused to return the item even though it was within date. So, I call their corporate number after I left. The corporate staff said that they should have returned the item and they would submit a ticket and I could go back in the next day and have it taken care of. Tomorrow I will go back in and fight this, but its ridiculous. Why fight that? I understand that they have to deal with poor attitudes all day, disgruntled customers, etc. I was very kind and tactful when I approached this manager. No reason why he needed to turn me away the way he did. If you "GOOGLE" lost receipts, youll find many people this way and most end up getting their money back after they call the cooperate number which only strengthens my belief that they purposely do this to keep your money or give you a "Gift card". If you shop here for simple things like groceries or basic clothes, great.... anything more expensive buyer beware. Especially if you dont have the receipt.

I was at the fitting rooms. There wasnt anyone there so I just waited. I know they have things to do so I wasnt upset. But I waited 5 minutes and I can hear 3 people right over at Jewelry talking. I see that they are employees. All three look right at me and then continue to talk. I stood for another 5 minutes and had another employee walk right by me twice. Finally I went to where the now 2 employees were talking and asked if they knew where the person for the fitting rooms was? One of the girls says, "Im coming right back." Then turns her back to me and finishes her conversation. I waited 15 minutes in total to try on 2 pairs of pants. Which I purchased despite it all. While I was in the room I can hear this girl gossiping about other employees and who pissed her off. I know its just Walmart but still, show a little bit of professionalism.

I wanted to take the time to tell you all about the amazing person I just met at this location name Lisa in the fabric department. I had just left Joannes who was so rude and did not want to help me with a work project. They refused to cut my fabric by the yard. I remember last time I went to Walmart and the lady I met then was so nice to take care of me but LISA was exceptional. When I told her what I needed she did it with such ease. I kept thanking her and she just kept saying you dont need to thank me this is my job! I just want to give her a big Kudos and thank her for taking care of me today!

Yosef needs to be fired. Hes an awful manager who has no clue what is being sold. 25% off on two boxes of Yu gi oh cards that should of been priced around 15$. First he tells me he cant sell them to me because they arent on file. Even though they were on the shelf in a display box that said 25% off. So he makes up a number which ended up making both of them 37 dollars. I stayed cool. Because he struck me as a manager who would call the cops just from confronting him about making up a price that he knew nothing about. Stay away from this place. Its an absolute mess in there.

Too bad Walmart execs arent reading these comments, cuz there is a wicked common thread here. HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH. Those foreigners are RUDE AND IGNORANT. And as previously mentioned throughout these comments, dont know where a damn thing is. The produce guy told me they didnt carry scallions. Do you know why??? Because he didnt know what the hell they were. So annoying and bad for business. The dairy stocker didnt know where nut butter was. Do you know why??? Because she didnt know what the hell it was. Need I really say any more?

Please pack your patience when you go. The lines are long and many times very few lines open compared to the volume of customers. The prices arent as low as they claim. Ive found cheaper prices at Target, Martins and Food Lion on like items. Walmart has the savings catcher app which is supposed to provide a refund of monies over the cost of purchased items that are found cheaper at area stores. Many times, if you arrive before 8AM, then the lines arent so bad.

Its walmart .. it majority of the time has everything you need from food/deli to babies/kids, toys, adult clothes/shoes/plus size, furniture, electronics, household, bedding, jewelry, hair and body, cars/trucks, hunting/fishing/camping, sports, weight lose machines, school/office, lawn and garden, pets, heat/air, eye center, hair cuttery, nail salon, a bank, money center, and last but least a pharmacy.

This Wal-Mart is pretty good for the most part. It stays relatively busy compared to other Wal-Marts. But because of that there are times when items are out of stock. Most of the staff can be friendly and helpful, but there are occasions when you catch someone on a bad day. There are self checkouts on each side of the store. But like most Wal-Marts, every check out line is not open.

This is the WORST store for customer service. They must hire all foreigners as very few speak good English. This is still America and the primary language is English. Im all about diversity, but this is ridiculous. Walmart, try updating your standards and hire people who can communicate with the general public. How do you conduct interviews....with a translator? Very poor.

Wish I could give them a 0 star! Such an ass! from supervisor to the cashier! Im not rude because I run a retail store but I make sure that my employees take good care of my customers! without customers, there will be no jobs! but they just dont give a damn! They act like I begged them for those items! I rather go somewhere else where I can feel their appreciation!

Another Walmart store with decent products line. Easy to find the items with designated Aisle numbers and name. Initially the online order pick wasnt easy and one have to wait for longer time in Queue. With the recent Pick up kiosk installed this has become little easy. One drawback is, the Online order pick up closes by 8:00 PM even though this is 24 Hrs store
