My family will never set foot in this store again. My wife and I spent 5 hours in this store on a Friday to switch 3 plans into one and purchase two phones. They didnt have the phone I wanted so the saleman drove to another store to get one, Thank You. However the touchscreen wouldnt work consistently while we waited, and he claimed the system was just rebooting/uploading updates. Not true, the touch screen never worked, had to return the following week to get a new phone. Unhelpful, although nice most of the time. My wife was asked to try a new phone to replace her IPhone, that if she didnt like it she could return it within 30 days. She didnt like it and returned the phone for a new IPhone, which they didnt have in stock either. She drove to Manassas to get a new IPhone. There is a $35 return fee the salemans forgot to tell us about. Bottom line, I went through 3 telephones to get one that actually worked properly. They wouldnt help set up email service, I had to transfer data from one phone to the other each time. Spent hours setting up a blackberry just to have it not work. Total time in the store, a waste of at least 7 hours. These guys have no idea what they are doing. John W

Worst customer service ever. I walked in the back door to get a new line added for my son. I asked where the I phones were...I was told by Thomas, "over there and over there". I explained I didnt know where "over there" was. Nicole then said, "I phone 5S and 5c are over there," pointing behind her to about 20 different phones, "and the 6 and 6 plus are over there," pointing in the direction of the front of the store. I then proceeded to the front of the store and looked to where she pointed...all I saw were the Galaxy phones. I then said to them that I wasnt sure where "over there" was,and That finally walked from behind his computer and pointed to the wall. I am not sure what they teach at their training, bit I would never tell a customer "over there", especially when that customer is the only person in the store. I will definitely never go into this location again. The location manager needs to know the lack of customer service these two employees have.

I have gone into this store numerous times for assistance with my phone. Everything from operating, upgrading or replacing and have always received exceptional customer service! They went as far as spending hours, I mean hours, on my daughters phone last fall trying to get photos of our beloved dog off of her broken phone and onto a media card so she could have the photo memories of her dog! That is above and beyond the call of customer service! Most recently, I have gone in and received help on my new phone that I was dumb enough to purchase through Direct Buy. So when it breaks you have to send it back via mail and wait and wait, and...........you get the idea. I saved money, but definitely not worth the inconvenience. I highly recommend this store for the best customer service you can get! When my next contract is up I am going back to them to get my phone as I did originally!

After getting screwed over by best buy and geek squad i went here to just see what they could do for me and the entire staff was extremely helpful!! First off while one of the associates was looking up my account while the manager called a couple phone repair places not associated with any cell phone carrier to see what it would cost for them to fix my phone. I decided to just upgrade my phone at that point and they were very helpful in ordering the exact phone and color i wanted. They were very understanding and helped me through the whole thing and were VERY clear about any and all fees, and clearly breaking down the ATT next payment plan. i HIGHLY recommend this Wireless Jungle over the one in Bristow or any other store.

Be very very careful, I love AT&T but they are really a bad representation , call the 1800 number instead, dont install any screen protector there , they dont what they are doing and they wont take responsibility for it either , I left the store after I was mistreated without any word , there wasnt any need to get angry or upset , I just want to pass my experience to everyone to be careful, deal with AT&T directly or that nice store in Manassas by Home Depot, I take full responsibility for my comment

Every experience I have had in this store has been fantastic. We have a complicated family plan with four different kinds of phones, and they have been great about lost phones, phones that went through the washer, and the normal problems that can occur in a family. They even found a discount that I did not know existed. You can not go wrong shopping here for your wireless needs.

Highly recommended ATT store. I have been 3 different ATT stores during last 3 months. The staff of this store just keep impressing me with fast, knowledgable advice, friendly and patience, which other store cant beat. I will keep going there for future need.
