Amazing experience! If you need to be buying pre-owned vehicle, like I had to after my 2002 Mercury Sable called it quits, I searched for the alternatives and Koons Outlet in Falls Church turned out to have one that I was interested in. Long story short, I was blown by the courtesy, professionalism, genuine desire and effort to help a customer that Nate demonstrated - he is your guy to buy car from. Do yourself a favor and make sure to check the place out and ask for Nate to help you and be prepared to be surprised. In my case, after being in the dealership twice, sales manager Anwar and Mike made it super easy and pleasant to agree on a fantastic deal, while Brandi, a Finance Director, secured incredible credit terms for me. I really had doubts because of my challenging credit history, but the team at Koons Outlet made it all possible, and definitely to my complete satisfaction. I bought a great car, so, I hope I wont be needing their assistance any time soon again, but I would encourage anybody reading this review, and certainly my friends and family, to go to Koons Outlet and let the team there help.

Gave these guys a call to give them a heads up I was coming to check out a car, which was supposed to be accident free, as I was told. I got there, ran a carfax, and found out there was an accident. No big deal, I dont sweat that much. When I asked Jason, the manager, and working on the cost to reflect that, he flew off the deep end, said I didnt know what I was talking about, and what I wanted was unrealistic. This is after, mind you, that he said he would work with me in any way to get this car to what I needed monthly. After arguing with him for a quick minute, he tossed my trade in keys and said we couldnt work together. I never raised my voice. No deal. Jokes on him though, I had another dealer buy it, and I bought the car through them. Lol. This all happened shortly after he made a lady cry while I was sitting with the salesman in his office. He promised them their car was ready for pickup, and they drove 4 hours to find out it wasnt.

Bad experience!!! They called me to tell me the car I wanted to look at was ready, I came down the next day and had to wait 3 hours to see the car!! It wasnt cleaned or inspected! I was very understanding and I liked the car so I ended up buying it... I was promised a full tank of gas and floor mats and got neither...I called and spoke with the man who sold me the vehicle (Jim) 3 times and he says Ill see what I can do but never calls back... I have had the car for a week and a day and the tire pressure system came on and I filled it up with air.. now its back on again so Ill have to go get it looked at to see if there is a hole!! Plus there were no cap covers on the tires and the oil change light is on and will need to be reset!! I should be excited about getting a new $20,000 vehicle but Im only worried about what will go wrong next!!! They definitely are good sweet talkers but just a warning dont buy from them!!

These guys will literally try to put you in any car on their lot whether you want it or not. You can tell them several times you dont like anything they have to offer and they will argue that they do. I came in with a very specific car in mind, black civic, no older than 2012. They didnt have it on their lot, I was told to come back in anyway. I left this place with 7 hard inquiries on my credit report for a car that they didnt have the capacity to sell me because it was at another koons lot. I wasted several hours here talking to a morally poor salesman who overpromised and under delivered then had the audacity to call me difficult. All because I didnt want to buy what he was selling. Beware of this place. Dont even waste your time.

We came her to test drive a crossover and had a less than pleasant experience... The salesman was not very friendly and seemed to have an attitude. Took the test drive I had a few minor issues with the car. He took us to his office to talk numbers and had inappropriate music playing in the background... Not a very family friendly environment considering my daughter was with us. Then one of the "managers" came in after us being in the office for maybe a minute. He could barely complete a sentence. He was a total idiot. After about five minutes we couldnt take it anymore and left.. I would NOT recommend this place. Dont waste your time.

I had been shopping for a month for a work truck. I used my mechanic to help me inspect the trucks and they all needed service and repairs. I found a 2006 GMC Sierra at koons outlet and took it to my mechanic. He told me that the oil had been changed and that it had new brakes, new wiper blades and new tires. The trucks runs great!! Im very happy with my truck and the help of my salesperson Wilson Alvarez who helped me bring it home. I had financing arranged with my credit union but the finance manager Joe Blanco got me a lower rate so I took advange of that. Im very happy with the experience! Thank you!

truely truely loved the experience at this dealership...it was awesum.....the best sales ppl by far that i ve been to....evry1 rite from the 1st to last was vry patient and helpful....Me n my brother, we bought 2 cars from dis place in the same day....I bought a honda accord 2013 sport n my bro bougt toyota camry 2011........The staffs evn stayed late after their closin tym to help us get through all da paper works..It was easy n truely if u r lookin 4 a gr8 car,,,,,this is 1 place u sud definitely visit....its worth ur tym.....no doubt......GOOD GOIN KOONS ANNANDALE RD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The finance consultant tried to trick into buying a $3000 warranty telling me it would be free to me without letting me know he was billing it to the bank I was taking the loan from. Then when I had problems with the car inside of a month, he called me abusive and told me not to bring any issues to him because he doesnt care. This Joshua Gonzalez is the kind a person who wants you to beg him even though you are the one spending money. Of course none of the service problems have been solved! Month 2 and counting!

Our salesman was very nice and helpful (Jim), but the manager (Jason) was an extraordinary jerk who would hang up on me mid-conversation. It was like pulling teeth to get Jason to honor the "we owe" agreement that we both had signed off on and after I had already paid for my vehicle in-full and in cash. The Finance Manager (Rick M.) was absolutely fantastic. However, I will never return to that dealership as my experiences with Jason the manager have eroded any trust I may have had in the Koons name.

Patience, patience, Sales Consultant Kevin Soltwedel has what it takes to be a great Sales Professional and hes a very nice young man and very knowledgeable about cars. Kevin and the Koons team went above and beyond to help me find the suv that fit my budget and give me more for my trade-in then it was worth (07 Mitz Endeavor). I drove away in a Certified 2010 Nissan Murano, I love it! Thank you Kevin and the Koons sales team!
