My son brought a car from Koons, according to the sales rep, he had been approved. We signed the paperwork. We drove off the lot. During the test drive we notice a small shake. Was told by sales rep, "Just bring it back and we will fix it." Took it back several times. Nothing was fixed. Got fed up with it. Took it to our mechanic. They balanced the tired and rotated the tires. Shaking stopped. Why is it that Koons mechanic could not do that? Now here is the kicker. when we purchased the car we gave the sales rep 2 paystubs. Each paystub averaged about 35 to 40 hours a week. My son receives a text that said, he basically had 24 hours to bring the car back in. He took the car in and they fed him a bunch of BS about him not making enough hours to pay for the car. Mind you my son gets 40 hours a week, but sometimes there are circumstances that prevent them from getting the full 40. They fed him a long drawn out story about his paycheck stub not showing enough information. When asked why he was approved in the first place. Of course I got more BS about the finance company this and the finance company that. Guess what I called the finance company that they dont know anything about any of this. We are very dissappointed about what Koons has done to us. I can only say. Take your business else where. They will rip you off in the long run. Believe me.

My wife and have purchased three different cars for ourselves plus two other cars for family. The crew at Koons of Culpeper were really helpful in the process each time. When we first started we were looking to purchase a car for cash. Our credit was embarrassing to say the least. They asked us if we wanted to try financing but WE refused due to our credit situation. Tyler the GM of the store was very nice assisting on a cash car that he has just taken on trade. A 1999 Jeep GR Cherokee. A few months later we needed another car to replace the one my wife was driving. Tyler again asked us let him try and get us financing. After some discussion we decided to let him try, even though we thought this would be a waste of all of our time. Not only did he get us approved, but with no money down. My wife drove home in a 2013 Ford Fusion. We were also able to get a warranty and GAP insurance. Since then we have been able to buy her sister a car for her and her family. When we were buying that car for my sister-in-law, my wife saw a Jeep Wrangler. Her dream vehicle. Well guess what, Tyler and Richard were able to get her approved and she now owns the vehicle of her dreams. The team at Koons of Culpeper are like no other. So I have to post about the fantastic service I received at Koons of Culpeper. I had been to a few bad experiences before meeting Jaimey Murray from Koons and Dave Rao from next level insurance. I was almost ready to give up searching for a new used car. But I am so glad I gave Jaimey a call, I told him what I had been experiencing with other dealers and he asked me to come in and he could promise a better experience if nothing else and it was. In fact I have to say it was probably the best experience you could ask for when making such a huge decision. They were not pushy by any means they wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision above all else. So after taking a close look at a couple of cars I found one that met all of my needs both vehicle wise and price wise. But in addition to not only finding an amazing car at an amazing price with the magic workings of Dave Rao from Next Level Insurance Solutions I was also able to get a flat out amazing insurance policy for less than I was already paying which included two vehicles and renters, I mean I did not see that coming I can only explain it as wizardry. I can not thank these guys enough for putting so much time and effort into helping turn my experience around and find my next vehicle.

I filled out an online application @ Auto credit express. The very next day Jamie, a salesperson from Koons of Culpeper called me. I was surprised when I answered the phone and he introduced himself as a Koons Salesperson because I had only contacted shady "buy here pay here" lots all week after being turned down by Sheehy Ford and Safford of Warrenton. I gave Jamie the permission to run my credit over the phone and he quickly called me back with GREAT NEWS. He got me approved for a $15,000 loan @ 7.49%. I immediately said "come get me". Within 30 minutes a driver from Koons pulled into my driveway to pick me up. I was back home a couple hours later in my 2014 Chrysler 200 for 10k. If it werent for Jamie I was about to sign a deal at the shady lot @20.9%. Thanks Jamie! Btw, definitely get your insurance through the Next Level reps whom work there. Allison got my insurance plan cheaper than I could get it by myself at the same insurance companies. I will recommend friends, family, and anyone else to Koons of Culpeper.

I had Jaimey Murray as my sales specialist and "finance guru." He was awesome in helping me make not only a decision on a great car but also set me up with the best financing option for a loan in the end. I talked to Jaimey initially about what car would work best for my particular situation which he suggested a Kia Soul would be a great option. He actually found a 2014 Kia Soul+ the next day at the Koons Woodbridge location and had it transferred immediately to the Culpepper location so I could try it out whenever my schedule worked best. When i casein for a test drive he asked how I liked the features, handling, etc. of the Soul and guiding me in why he thinks its a great car for me NO PRESSURE AT ALL. At the end of the day, we went through multiple banks to process a loan through and we ended up selecting one that would financially be best for me, he was very helpful in this aspect. I would definitely recommend Jaimey to my friends and family in the future for car recommendations and purchasing.

Ive been to this location many of times fighting to get approved for a vehicle. Struggling and about to give up, Gabe fought and never gave up on me. He made it happen. I had two repossessions on my credit from a vehicle engine blow and one I had to let go due to being laid off. I also had already two vehicle loans on me as well. One vehicle that was going through a total loss because of a kid texting and hit me and another I no longer wanted to keep putting miles on. Gabe was very responsive in everything he did. He was very polite and caring. Someone who believed in himself and believed in his work. Not someone who just went to work to make money, but actually loved his career. I would honestly go back for another vehicle when its time and I would definitely stop by and ask for Gabe if your searching for a new vehicle. I can never thank you enough Gabe, but again thank you for everything!
