We were honestly a little nervous about buying our couch from Figstores, having never heard of them before. But they beat the price of our local Best Home dealer by nearly $1000 on the sectional we wanted, and knowing it was going to be custom-made by the manufacturer regardless of who we went through, we decided to take a chance. The couch shipped nearly a month after their estimate. They do tell you that its an estimate, but you should be aware that it can be way off. Be patient if you decide to order. This likely wasnt Figstores fault in our case, as it was a custom build by the manufacturer. Figstores could have done a better job with updating me, however. I finally reached out to them a week after the estimated ship date because the date hadnt changed and I hadnt heard anything about where things were at. Their revised date was also off but closer. They did reach out to me a few days before the couch shipped to verify contact info and let me know the confirmed ship date from the manufacturer. I was also rather nervous on the delivery because Id read some so-so reviews on that. We paid for the white glove service. They work with a company called Last Mile Home who contracts out local delivery services. In our case, the company who actually delivered to us (in the Boston area) was a BBB member and the delivery guys were excellent. Our couch is perfect and we couldnt be happier.

Any savings youll find will easily be lost in the frustration with their shipping practices. Ordered an entertainment center on July 2nd, and since, have been told there was a delay at the manufacturer twice, that it was guaranteed to go out the week of the 26th , that didnt happen. Then another delay to which I was told it would be guaranteed be on a truck last Thursday the 18th to which I find that it never picked up, they use a company that only picks up on Thursdays and that even the shipping co had no idea why it didnt pick up. Today I call and now the story is again its guaranteed to go out Thursday for maybe a Friday delivery or latest Monday after they ship it to a local dealer to then schedule delivery. So 2 months before you get your item. NOT WORTH IT! UPDATE 8/26--- SURPRISE....never got a call back with shipping info and the shipping manager is on vacation and hes the one that handles it. Some guarantee right?. Apparently no one else there is capable of it. The furniture company apparently never got a carrier to deliver it. Now at over 8 weeks another person guarantees me that they will ship themselves and I will receive a call Monday...... Logic states why not do this in the first place to enhance customer satisfaction and better business practices? UPDATE 8/29 - No call...... again, from no manager , no rep, and no co-owner. RIDICULOUS!

I have to admit I was reluctant to order furniture online but the price of the items that I wanted were so much less I decided to try it. I found FIG stores and placed my order. It was very easy and I even had a nice chat with Brad while my order was processing. I was informed that the sofas that I chose were currently back ordered for about 3 months BEFORE the order was processed and I still decided to complete the transaction. My order was about 7000.00 dollars. I waited patiently (somewhat) and started getting a little nervous around the time my order would be expected. Brad and the entire staff assured me that the order was processed and even gave me up to date information on when I could expect it. I received my order yesterday, the white glove delivery was GREAT. The delivery people were careful, pleasant, courteous, and above all nice. They put the items in place and when I was thinking about moving them a little they stopped me and said "let me know where you want them we will do it". Very seldom have I had a experience that I was moved to review, but this is one of them. FIG stores is a wonderful company to do business with, VERY PERSONAL SERVICE. Thank you Brad and the entire staff for a pleasant buying experience.

First of all, we would like to say there has never been anyone quite like Mark and FIG stores that has given us the treatment like family from the very first contact which was over 2 years ago. They were always professional, patient, and deligent to meet our needs. We have been doing business with many major furniture companies for over 30 years and never have had the exceptional service to detail or compassion to get exactly what we have been waiting for years to be able to have. Mark and all of FIG Stores customer service personnel went out of their way to make sure we got what we expected. FIG stores was the only company we could find that was willing to work with the manufacture and also wait for us to get exactly what we wanted. They never rushed us and was there anytime we needed help. They also made sure to find a wonderful white-glove delivery service to ensure the products arrived and were assembled as we requested. Because of their business integrity and morals we were able, as the company stands for - ‘Faith In God’, to get the bed of our dreams. Thank you so much Mark, Brad, and all the FIG company team for all the hard work and dedication. You are at the top of our list

After 11 months of fighting with mark about my furniture here are the facts!!! This company is a scam took my money for the furniture in the beginning of October was told furniture would deliver by end of the month. End of the month comes i call in and they are unresponsive in answering finally threatened to chance the card payment i was called back and told they didnt know when it would ship. The furniture was delivered December 5 as Soon as it was delivered i noticed that the furniture was poorly made as well as defected some cheap Chinese knockoff i believe their was hardly any padding and the frame was exposed and it literally hurt to sit on these. I notices the hinges for the recliner protruding through the cushion. I bought this and the warranty after calling hundred of times i finally was given to mark new ton who refunded the late deliver fees and promised new couches shipped out that was Feb. The checks sent out three times bounced in my account and it is now June no new couches in sight and are refusing to return phone calls hired a lawyer to sue last week.

Just like other reviewers I had to constantly contact them to get a refund for an item I ordered that was never in stock. I placed an order on 30 Oct for a Chest of drawers listed on their webpage. The chest was never in stock as they were ordering it from somewhere else in HOPES that they could get it. My ship date was 11 Nov. I called several time in late Nov and was finally told the item was not in stock and they couldnt get it in early December. My money was supposed to be refunded but never was. I called, emailed, and used online chat to several times before getting notice on the 4th of Jan that my refund was "processing". I had to call several more times and finally on today, the 11th of Jan I have an email stating that the money has been refunded. So it has taken from 30 Oct to 11Jan to refund money for an item they never had in the first place.(Still waiting for it to hit my card) Shop somewhere else. BTW the same day I ordered another piece of furniture from Beyond stores and it arrived in 9 days. no problems at all.
