This is for the Onilne store.. Placed an order, the next day I called to cancel before it shipped. The support rep. said "no problem", "I have stopped it and canceled the order", 3 hours later I received the "Shipped" notice. When I called back the second time. the "REP" who would not offer a name, said she charged my account and sent the package anyways. She would have to send notice to UPS to return it to them, if it was not received back to Microsoft, I would not get my money back. In the meantime they would "hold" my money for 7 days. I called a third time, asked to speak to a supervisor, this REP wanted to solve the issue and asked if I received the package yet. I mean really!!!! I just told her the order was canceled today, the whole story, NOT EVEN SHIPPED yet. The supervisor would not do a thing for me and started trying to tell me I did not talk with the first REP after which I provided a case number, then told me the shipping had already occurred and the 1st rep told me that, which was a blatant lie by the supervisor. I told him to review the recordings. He said that would take too long...... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MICROSOFT STORE AGAIN!!!

Okay, so Ive had so many issues with this store it is ridiculous. The staff are friendly and they do their best to help, but I have returned to this store 3 times in one day to receive a new surface pro 4 because each "new" device they give me has a screen defect one way or another. The first two times the employees had dropped my laptop in front of me before handing it back and the last time, fortunately that didnt happen but for some reason when I returned home I noticed the new computer I received had yet ANOTHER SCREEN DEFECT. Which is completely unnecessary at this point, Im unsure if its just all surface pros? or this store in general. Overall I am completely frustrated and extremely unsatisfied.

Without question the best customer service Ive had in ANY store, EVER in the past 40 years. I bought a Surface Pro 4 from them at Christmas. Ive gone in a half dozen times (Im computer savvy enough to need more help than the average user :-) and keep needing help to either fix things or get to the next level), and I consistently get quick, friendly help from people who actually know what theyre doing. Note: Whenever I go to Online help, I get outsourced people who make things worse...when I come in to the store to fix the damage the online people did, they solve it AND explain what theyre doing so I can learn from it. This Store Is Awesome!!

Brought my new (malfunctioning) laptop to the Microsoft Store, without an appointment, and they helped me right away. Got me a coffee and listened to my problems. Immediately began troubleshooting and finding solutions to the issues. Really smart, helpful, and patient IT people. Turned out I needed an entirely new laptop due to hardware problems, and the support staff there were super helpful in finding the same model in a nearby store to arrive the next day for pickup (as opposed to waiting for 2-3 weeks for one to arrive in the mail by normal ordering processes). Definitely appreciate their help and assistance throughout the process.

I went in with multiple problems on my laptop, phone, and outlook account. Service was fantastic. From first walking into the store I was warmly greeted and asked how they could be of assistance. Even though I did not have an appointment I was helped by store rep Loreal almost immediately. She was very patient with me and took me through step-by-step procedures in correcting each of my problems. I strongly recommend the store for anyone that has any microsoft related problems. i cant say enough positive comments regarding their service and help.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service that I was given. It wasnt on par with an Apple store but they did try their best. I didnt expect have as much as what I was given from the stores representatives. I went with a friend so she could purchase a computer. They seemed knowledgeable about the products. If I actually used Windows I might have considered getting one but since Windows sucks, id have to say the only thing in that store that was a plus was the happy and inviting employees.

I was going to buy a New Surface Pro. Had some questions with regard to changes from the Pro 4. Stood beside the computers for 15 minutes, no one approached me, and I saw two employees hanging around other stations. I probably could have approached one of them... but I didnt want to. I bought a Pro 4 on Amazon that evening. I dont think the upgrades are worth the price of a New Pro. Maybe the Next New Pro will be worth it. Fingers crossed.

I was in this store twice for a data transfer and both times the "tech" people did not know how to do this. My time was wasted and both times the supervisor did not help me at all other than suggesting for me to come down again to waste more of my time. I regret purchasing the Surface Pro as my first one didnt last a year and now the second one cant get the needed data as their techs cant do it.

I walked in with my 11 year old to buy him either the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive. He put a Vive on and an employee came over to berate him, with me standing there. We were waiting for 19 minutes for someone to speak with us and no one came forward before. I stood there and purchased one of each from Amazon. Poor customer service is something that shouldnt be expected during the Holidays.

Super friendly staff, great demo setups, and well integrated with Microsoft online store (matched sale price from website in store). Will definitely be back to nerd out with the staff more. Glad to see Microsoft making such great strides - the focus on customer success (instead of just near term shareholder value) is very encouraging.

Amazing experience at this location. Hector Cruz was by far the most knowledgeable person I have met in one of these stores. We had a terrible experience at the Best Buy down the street and came here. Hector showed us several products and knew everything about them. We ended up making a purchase same day. Highly recommend Hector!

Great experience!! I called the store to see if they had a surface two for my grandsons birthday and after talking to John about what inventory they had I decided I am going to pre order an Xbox 1 for him instead and keep the surface for myself. All of the staff were very helpful and appreciated their prompt service.

A lot of sales staff standing around and not being very helpful. Ive been here 30 minutes and not one has greeted me or offered help... even as I stand by a computer. 10 minutes later my wife walks in to join me the the sales guy almost falls over trying to get to her to help her... typical.

Best Buy sold me a defective controller and wouldnt exchange it for a new one. Took it in to this store, explained the situation, walked out with a brand new one within 5 minutes. This sales team is top notch. Best Buy lost a loyal customer today, and this store gained a new one. Thanks guys.
