*edit* as of 6-15-2017, I am done shopping at this WalMart. Their people greeters at the exit doors police every single customer walking out of the building. I understand the preventative security features of this action, but the store needs to trust or train its cashiers better - the cashier is the last employee who needs to handle my merchandise, as it is the cashier with whom I exchange payment for product / service. There is an older lady, frequently standing at the exit doors, and she will stop people even if they have everything in a bag! This slows down people leaving the store, shows that the store is unable to work its employees where it matters to prevent shrink, and makes customers (myself in particular) feel like they cant be trusted to come spend money there without being needlessly monitored for it. Im done being treated by that lady, specifically, like Im unable to do my part in simply being responsible. This WalMart will no longer receive my business - bad customer service skills on the front end. Common sense, WalMart employees, not book sense. Cashiers here do not make conversation. I was a cashier for WalMart elsewhere in the States - at least make simple conversation: How are you today? Is there anything I can help you with? Your total today is... Have a good one/nice day/easy night! Cashiers here need some communication skills. The location needs more staff for the front of store; far too few registers open, even by "WalMart standards" (however! HOWEVER! and once more, HOWEVER! since I have worked at WaMart, I understand and know that understaffing is NOT a store decision, but a regional decision based on "numbers" rather than factual experience - THE REGIONAL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED FOR ITS COMPETENCY IN STAFFING THIS LOCATION) There is a man in a wheel chair who works in the sporting goods / auto area, and he is vocally despondent about his employment - he curses and belittles his employment - while showing little patience or even a simple willingness to be a customer service agent : avoid interaction with this man as you will be left with a [further] negative impression of this location.

This store has quite an assortment of merchandise at reasonable prices, and it seemed relatively clean and orderly when I was there. However, the staff were clearly disgruntled. Our check-out clerk was merely tired and bored-looking. But we wanted someone to help us look at bikes. There are signs all over the bikes, stating, "Please ask for assistance." We had to go across the store to find someone to ask, and they rolled their eyes and said theyd send someone over. The guy who finally came over was beyond rude, telling us we didnt want the bikes we pointed to because they would be too big, snapping at us when we asked about a loose screw in one of them, then complaining when we asked for him to take down 2 bikes. He honestly said, "I cant take down every bike here for you. Im too busy for this." Too busy to do his job? My husband heard him grumble, "I hate this job." Well, it shows. It was not a pleasant shopping experience for any of us.

I am a disabled vet, do you think that a store that size would have more than 4 mart-carts available for customer service. My request for a cart was handled is this fashion ( I asked an asst. mgr for an assist in locating a mart-cart) he said we have 6 but 2 a broken and the store manager wont order any more because they are too expensive. He then bustled off, never to be seen again. Asked another asst. mgr, he said he would try? ( gone again) ,asked another mgr, this time, he asked another asst mgr (same guy as before as to what happened, he said I sent someone to look and they never came back, this cust. serv. mgr then sent same asst mgr to get one personally. Finally a cart, am now ready to check out. Requests for carts from Wal-Mart mgrs went into the sky and nowheres. I firmly believe that I will not go back to the Williston because they do no cater to diasabled vets or truly handicaped people. Thanks

This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. The one in W. Lebanon NH is pretty bad, but this one is worse. Some other reviewers have already noted the main problems: understaffed, understocked, and poorly managed. There are usually only one or two lanes open (out of 18) and wait times are intolerable. We were at the photo center a couple weeks ago to pick up some pictures and there was nobody staffing the desk. There were two other people waiting in front of us. We waited about 10 minutes and I wandered around looking for an employee (any employee) before calling the store and asking someone to be sent to the photo desk. Waited another 10(!) minutes and still nobody. Eventually we spotted an employee and he got somebody for us. Just ridiculous. Shelves are empty or items are in the wrong spot. Had to walk out tonight - I dont have time to wait in line for half an hour. What a nightmare.

I purchased a watch for my cousin turning 85. She is legally blind and her old watch broke and I happened to find the same Timex watch. Two weeks later she was brought to WalMart by a cousin to have links taken out of the watch band. She was told there was nobody in jewelry today and shed have to come back another time! Thats bull! If you sell jewelry you need someone in that department to run it or at least have a couple of employees that can be called to at any time! I called the store to talk with the manager and was told he was out of the store. I called them back today, 2 days later and they apologize that he didnt call me back, hes been in meetings! Right!! They said he would call me back this afternoon....I doubt it! Never, ever purchase any type of jewelry from WalMart!

Most of the time when I shop at Walmart I have a positive experience. I have been shopping for years at Walmart. Today I returned a battery for a 3 to 5 year pro ration for a failed battery. The lady at the return desk is very rude and sarcastic . Her name is Ann and this is not the first time I have encountered her rudeness. The battery guy who was suppose to pro-rate the battery made us come back because he didnt have the info. My husband had called him a day before with all the info he needed. His name is Scott, he is manager of the battery and sports dept. After about 1hour and half we finally got what we went there for. I will never buy another battery from Walmart again. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Elizabeth Francis

They seriously have the worst customer service. Many items are not stocked and scattered in the wrong places. The workers there dont seem to know where anything is and instead of actually trying to help you figure it out they just send you to the completely wrong areas and dont make any effort. The person at the door today was just texting on her phone and when I smiled at her she just kept texting and didnt even acknowledge me when that is her job. I wish we had a target! Oh and I found an item I wanted to purchase, they couldnt find a tag or case for it or even figure out if it was theirs or something that just got left from a person shopping. They then picked a random (high) price and charged me for it. Guarantee it wasnt even theirs!
