Pros: The prices are good; shipping was relatively quick. I kept a few pieces of clothing and returned the ones that didnt fit. Cons: They do not offer free return shipping and I did notice on two separate orders that at least one item I ordered that was supposedly in stock was later not in stock to which I found out via email after the fact. It appears they dont update their website on what is available and what isnt. Regardless, my main reason for giving this company 1 star is because on both of those orders I returned items never worn, tags still attached and still in the same packaging and have not been refunded my monies yet. The tracking shows they received and signed for my returns 28 days ago. I have called them twice over the past two weeks and although I was told I would get a refund, I am still waiting. The last time I spoke to them they stated I would have my refund at the beginning of this week and here it is at the end of the week now, so not happy at all! Regardless of how small this company supposedly is; this type of service is a horrible way to run a company. I was a fan and would have continued to shop here until this. I now get to go through my credit card company to open a claim, file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and FTC, and of course waste my time on telling everybody about my experience so that buyers can shop at more reliable non scamming companies.

Been waiting on a shipment from this company. It is passed due and I can get no response from KL Mountain Shop. When I call, it says the offices are closed. I have been calling in the afternoon (2:30-3:00pm EST) December 22, 2015. I sent an email, but so far no response. When I plug in the UPS tracking # they sent me, it says a label has been printed, but that is all. Early on, they sent me an email saying the package shipped 12/09/2015. They said it would take 5-7 business days. Today makes 10 business days. Would feel more at ease if I could just hear from the company. UPDATE: KL Mountain Shop called today December 23, 2015. They took care of me in such a way that I would recommend them to others. I appreciate them taking care of my issue!

****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER**** I purchased North Face Rain pants that where damaged in packing and they came in the wrong size with a hole in them, after week and a half of delivery! I filed a return, shipped them back then they deemed the clothing as damaged/worn with the tags still on and refused to do an exchange for me. So now after almost a month I still have no product! They made me pay for shipping two times, I am less than thrilled about the service I have received from KLM !!! Will never order from them again!

KL Mountain Shop has great customer service. I went in to purchase a light weight hoodie and could not find one. I was about to leave and an employee asked what I was looking for, they went out back and brought up tons of options. I ended up with one and could not be happier.
