There is a young man working in the dressing room area who has no people skills and obviously no job skills. He just could not understand that I went to try on a dress without a number because he wasnt around. He wanted to hold me up, as he mentally processed this. Was he going to call the ross police? seriously. I had to help him count to one. Need I explain this is ROSS! Not a commissary for criminals. I just dont think he was trained, or simply isnt right for the job. We are in West Plano, I dont think it is necessary for so many peering eyes on the shoppers. the 2nd star is simply because of a sweet young lady with a smile on her face at the check out line. Dear management, Please explain to staff that a smile goes a long way.

The customer service here is dismal. If you absolutely must come here, stay clear away from Larysa at the back of the store. She is the clothing and bathroom nazi. Its not worth your time waiting in line here. Several employees were standing around while the line grew to pay for merchandise. If management is reading this comment please address this employee, Larysa, in particular; she doesnt have appropriate customer service skills. Please know we will share this bad experience with people at my husbands businesses, church, and neighborhood.

As an owner of two small business and decorated disabled war vet, I was treated like a criminal leper with some of the colored staff (yes, ironic considering them look-act like theyre just refresh off the banana boat illegally) following me around, fearing disable people will steal as in developing countries where theyre from, no training or common sense notion of customer service whatsoever! For a store locating in an affluent area, it is grubby, slow and inefficient!

Selection of items is fabulous. However, the customer service was horrifying. They held up lines for about 30 minutes and riduliculed an older lady for trying to make a $6.00 return without a receipt. Every place has store policies but there are some cases managers should be a bit more flexible like the scenario with this older lady...how sad!

I think the no carts outside is a horrible rule. Is it because they are too lazy to get them from outside. Its a hassle to buy alot of items and have to carry it all to your car. Shopping there with your kids becomes an inconvenience. On top of this why do they never have tissue to wrap the glass items you purchase????

I bought a pair of shoes for my work at first it looked comfortable but after a few hours it hurt my back feet and the front bone so I had to return it next day now they told me these been worn of course they have been worn but wasnt comfortable now I dont even have money to get a new pair and cant work without shoes

HUGE lines with one checkout. When you asked to speak with anyone or ask to open another lane there is no response. It is very obvious that non of the employees do not care about the store or their jobs. The store is a mess and the people are rude. Go to Marshals down the street

Its OK ,nothing special about it, once in a while there is a rude cashier but its pretty rare, one time there was a cashier yelling a customer and was being disrespectful she was waving her finger in the customers face, I was surprised it didnt beak out into a fight

The manager is very rude. But you still have to treat them with respect. At the end of the day you have to keep smiling setting that example of how to treat people the way you want to be treated. I just keep it moving...!!!! Hah
