I wouldnt recommend going to this place for several reasons (please read all the way to the end). I dont live in El Paso but I go there periodically for work. Last time I was there I had to get some work done on my Van and cargo trailer. When I googled "Napa auto care el paso, TX" it showed their correct phone number but an incorrect address in west El Paso, about 20min (one-way) out of the way. So it was after 40min of unnecessary driving and wasting time and gas that I finally found the place. I found out later that the wrong address was a closed location that had been closed for over a year, so theres no excuse for not updating this on google for the customers sake. They have since fixed this, but I should have taken this as the first warning of how this place is managed, and hence not get the work done there. However I was in a hurry and didnt have time to look elsewhere. After this its a long narrative of 2-3 weeks of BS that I went through with this place so I will just summarize. I had to go back 3 or 4 times because of the work not being done right, especially on my cargo trailer. Some of the problems consisted of the dust caps and seals falling off the bearing assembly 20min after I drove off the property, putting WAY too much bearing grease in so it periodically spilled out for weeks after making a mess, and other rookie mistakes like this. I had already paid the money however and didnt want to pay again at another place. Then the last time I was there, and I got the last thing inspected and "re"-fixed, I asked them to check the air in the trailer tires and put more air in if necessary. According to specs, the trailer tires called for 50psi, which seemed high. I talked to Oscar, their mechanic, and he also agreed that it sounded high. However the specs called for it so I said fill them to 50psi but NO MORE. A couple days later I checked the cold tire pressure and Oscar put 60psi in each tire, 10psi more than the maximum called for which is bad for the tires. So I had to un-air each tire back down to their proper PSI. I actually started to suspect that this was done on purpose as I had been back so many times and complained about so many problems, I think they were resentful and it may have been a passive-aggressive way of getting back at me. This of course is the opposite of how it should be. A well-run operation will first of all apologize for all your inconvenience, and then try to offer some sort of compensation (even if its just a small discount) to make up for your wasted time. They did none of this. Anyway that was my experience with this place. Just passing on the warning to the next guy!

If I could give them less than one star, I would. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I bought a car off Craigslist and turns out it had major issues. I took it to this place, and they were like "cool, no problem -- we got this." Two weeks go by and I hear nothing, so I call like, "dude, wheres my car?" They tell me they had to wait for a part. Cool. Another two weeks pass. I call again, and they say they had to send it to Albuquerque for some "special diagnostic" that they cant do at this location. By now Ive been a month with no vehicle and my friends are getting tired of driving me to work. I start calling and asking for updates every day. For the next SIX WEEKS I was hung up on, put on hold for an hour at a time, and told they were busy and would call me back, and of course, never did. After TEN WEEKS with no vehicle, I finally went in person where they couldnt hang up on me or put me on hold. My car was at a dealership getting different work done. Another week goes by and they finally give my car back to me, nearly three months after I took it to them, charged me $700, and had the audacity to give me receipts for the gas they put in it, charging me for that too. Did I mention they gave it back after nearly three months without fixing the original problem? It still would not pass inspection. AND they broke my seat while they had it, so it is stuck fully leaned back and Im too short to be driving around with gangster swag going on, so Ive got to get that fixed now too. The day after I got it back, I took it to a different shop that managed to fix in less than one full day what Napa couldnt manage to fix in eleven weeks. Unless you have a free taxi to take you everywhere for a few months and enjoy flushing money down the toilet for a bunch of lazy jackasses to store your car for you and pretend theyre fixing it, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I was reffered by Hyundia of El Paso to take my vehicle there for tint, I went on a Saturday at 10am stated can not take vehicle due to close at 12pm, went back Yesterdady at 10am spoke to a Mike stated to come back after lunch due to busy, I told him that I need to wait for it because no one to pick me up stated that it will be ready till 5pm and just said you can wait. Then my wife went back today after there lunch like he stated and told her that it can take up to 4hrs same situation no one can go and pick her up, just told her to wait inside but can not wait that long due need to pick kid from school. He was very rude towards her kept saying wait inside or come back another time, she requested to speak manager and said I am the manager and you need to wait inside or come back. As per my understanding location is short staff and provide very bad service in 3 occasions.

Came in needing tools to repair a Ford Expedition with a well documented problem. The Staff where very knowledgeable about it and managed to point me in the right direction. I even managed to save money. As I am relatively new at my mechanic profession time and money are a major factor in my decision making. Add to that the fact that I live outside of the city, it becomes a major part of my day looking for parts and services. Dealing with customers cant be easy as not all of them are experienced and knowledgeable of parts and procedures. I think Napa does a great job, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
