I was in the Milford Staples and I was looking to purchase an expensive fax machine. As I spent about 20 Minutes looking not one person asked me if I needed any help. I got there about 7:30 PM and they close at 8 PM so After the 20 minutes of looking and waiting for help I approached the female at the counter. I then had to asked her if someone could help me with the fax machines, and she said she knew nothing about them, but she would be able to get someone that could. I then said thank you because I had been there for almost a half an hour and you close on five minutes. She then comes back and says there is nobody here that can help you and we are closing after telling me that there was someone there to help and then said they cant help me but that I should come back tomorrow and ask for someone becasue they will get in trouble if they stay open a few minutes late. What a great store and great customer service NOT! I was going to purchase a $700.00 item I just wanted to ask a question and they practically kick me out of the store. NOT HAPPY! I will do business elsewhere.
The "tech expert" that works here is very rude and abrasive. Even though I told him I wanted a specific computer, he still insisted on trying to sell me other models. Then during check out he tried to sell me a bunch of warranties and other services. When I refused, he very rudely rolled his eyes and shook his head like I was an idiot for not buying into their extended warranty scam. I dont spend hundreds of dollars to be treated like that. To top it all off, I purchased an HP laptop that they claimed included a $50 mail in rebate. Six months later and still nothing. I contacted staples customer service and they were of absolutely no help. Never again!
Was interested in a monitor and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the connections because its been years since I bought a monitor from the old vga days... anyways decided on a hp 22 inch led ips that was on sale and of course its out of stock. Told me to go to newton NJ an hour away, Im like no thanks, looks like a trip to Walmart, found a similar monitor for nearly the same price and 2 inches larger. I dont know how this store stays in business with no stock available. Staples had a very good selection of computer equipment but would be great if it was available.
comatose print staff completely uninterested in helping self-service customers when self-service equipment fails to function as expected. Luckily I tracked down the manager to assist me. Still very disappointed with this location and will avoid in the future
Just came back from Staples. The staff is pleasant, patient and very helpful. I usually dont write reviews, but it seems that people are more prone to write negative reviews than positive ones. I would like to counteract that.
I dread going into this place and always hope that one day I will walk in and someone with common knowledge of the store will be working. Its like pulling teeth if have to ask a question . I will no longer shop here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive had to use the business center several times. They helped me with price matching when I finally decided to purchase a printer.
Customer Service is AWFUL. Tried to ask a simple question and the Manager totally ignored me and was sarcastically rude.
Store does not open on posted store hours. Its 10:16am on a Saturday and the doors are locked and lights are off.
Never have what you need, and if they do have it, its cheaper to buy it on line at the same store, go figure!
Consistently use the self-serve printing services with zero issues. Clean facility and well-staffed.
