Back in 2015 before Tigard Fedelity Fleet and Fiance had gotten new management i had a HORRIBLE car buying experience. I mean HORRIBLE. I got " approved" for a car loan back then saying that the bank approved me for a car loan of about $10,000. which was awesome for being a first time car buyer with no credit...little did i know that they had something sinister inmind after i had driven off the lot with a car that i loved and already payed a $500 dollar down deposit on, that i remember. Everything was great! I got car insurance with State Farm the same day and drove home feeling amazing that i had gotten my first car on my own! Then...things took a horrible turn...not even three weeks later i recieved a call from Fedelity telling me that i needed to return the car because i didnt have a "co-signer". Which i thought was weird since they didnt ask me for one before i even drove it off the lot.?? After that call i recieved nasty, disgusting threats from not only employees of the company but the MANAGERS! Saying that its not my car to drive and if i didnt return it they were going to press " GRAND THIEFT AUTO" charges against me!!!!?!!?! I had never been so emotionally and mentally tourmented from a single company in all my life!!! The employees called me day in and day out, none stop. The harrassment was so unbearable that i just gave them the car back. Because i just couldnt take the tourment anymore. I told the Manager that i will "NEVER" do business again with them and would tell others about my experience. so they wouldnt have to go thru what i did... fast forward to this recent time April 2016. I called a car loaning business to see if i could get a car loan. I got referred to none other then "Fedelity Fleet amd Finance". The second the women on the phone said those words my heart dropped. I in my own words said, " You know what, just please go ahead and cancel the loan for me. I had a horrible experience with that company and i will never do business with them again." She then apologized to me and wished there was something she could do. I told her it wasnt your fault. I just didnt trust that business. I recieved a few calls the following days from Fidelity stating that " They are sorry for my bad experience, and wanted to hopefully change that." ME not knowwing that they were under NEW Management i declined. But once i knew they were truly under new Management i ( with my shield up) decided to go back in and see if they could amaze me......(WHICH THEY DID!!!!) I was so blown away from how professional all the staff members were! The man i met first at the doors was nothing but a gentlemen and held the door open for me! Even the Manager "Tom" later on greeted me and was soooooo professional! I truly couldnt believe this was the same company i had done business with a year or so ago! It even looked cleaner!!! They truly cared about my business, they werent pushy, werent throwing a bunch of other employees at me at once. They ALL made me feel like i was the only customer in the building.. I WAS SHOCKED... to say the least... They werent pushing cars down my throat and made me feel extremely comfortable!! Im going back tomorrow to purchase my new car! The new Management is amazing! I am now a very avery VERY satisfied customer!!!!!!!

Do not waste your time. I knew something was off by how many cars they had in their inventory and why they were having "extreme sales" to move cars out plus there was zero people in the dealership on a Saturday. Its solely due to the fact that they cant sell any cars. For me the sales people werent the problem, it was the manager. He told me I wasnt being "truthful" because I wouldnt tell him who I was financing through or what my interest rate was because if youve ever bought a vehicle with financing through someone else...it isnt the dealerships business. Then he asked why Im only maybe thinking about buying a car there and when I said Im skeptical because honestly Ive seen bad reviews about this dealership, he laughed and told me that people complain to complain. He then told me a story about an unhappy customer who they sold a car outright from after fixing a problem for that gentlemen and when I asked if the guy put down any sort of deposit, the manager laughed in my face. He said they dont take deposits. Ive put down a deposit on all my vehicles used and new. He said in his "30 years of experience" that he has never heard of that. Okay and? Your point? It was a simple question. All this man did was mock me especially when he kept pressuring me to tell him what my interest rate was. He mentioned he could do 0% and I obviously looked at him dumbfounded (because I had already told him I would not switch my financing multiple times at this point). Then he legitimately mocked me and goes "oh did I get something out of you now? Are you paying attention now?" He told me to stop "playing games" as if Im some girl trying to be in a relationship with him. It was disgusting and unprofessional. The customer service here is TERRIBLE. I dont care who you are or how many years youve been in the industry, you should know not to treat a customer like that. Ive worked in management and sales, and that is NOT the way you behave towards a guest. Theyre under new management because they got bought out by Chevrolet in Tigard and still an awful dealership.

Giving 1 star is 1 star too many. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had looking for a car. I found a car I was interested in online. I sent an "interest form" from their website. Didnt hear back from anyone. Finally about a week later I called because the car was still listed as available on their site. Spoke with the "internet manager" Greg Sanchez. He was super nice. We set an appointment for the next day. He said he would have the car moved from the Tigard location to the Clackamas location and ready to go for me to test drive and take to my mechanic. When I got there the next day, this "Greg" was no where to be found. Someone else worked with me (I think his name was Jason?). Either way. They went inside to get the keys. I saw the car no where on the lot. He comes back out and says its at the Tigard location and hes waiting to make sure the keys are there before we drive over to see it. Now.......Clackamas to Tigard is lets say 30 minutes on a good day with no traffic. I was there on a Friday at 3pm. No way am I going to stick around while you go to Tigard, pick it up and come back. He gets called back into the office. Comes back out a few minutes later and says the Tigard location had already sold the car. Understandable. He tries to convince me to look at these "comperable vehicles". I told him I wasnt interested and left. Next day, someone else from the same place calls me and asks if Im still interested in the vehicle. I relayed about the events of the day before. He said the vehicle was never sold and they had it if I was interested. Went back in. "Its at the Tigard store." "Oh they sold it. Let me show you our others." All of this happened the last week of July-ish. I am STILL getting emails (5 in the last 2 days) asking if Im still interested in that same vehicle. I will never have anything to do with this company again and I advice everyone else to avoid it as well. Theyre just a typical sleezy used care company that employs bait-and-switch tactics.
