These guys here, are great guys! They are professional, always go above and beyond, and are always by the book. Ive had Sprint for almost 10 years now, and the crew thats currently there, has helped us with our last two upgrades on all five of our lines (so the last 10 phones in the last two years), and their service cannot be compared; on top of that theyre a locally managed preferred retailer ( S Wireless NW), which is why I prefer spending my money there, to support local PNW businesses and our local community. In the past, I shied away from anything that wasnt "corporate owned" but slowly I started to realize that just because a store was owned by a big corporation, it didnt mean they would have the best service. I recall three different instances where I went to the Corporate Own Sprint in Eugene, Best Buy and Radio Shack, at different times, where I had really bad experiences. When my significant other switched from Att to my account, about 4 years ago, we went to the Corporate Owned Store in Eugene and we were told they would cover her early termination fee and that they would also get us free accessories; but couple months down the road, we got a bill from ATT asking for $300. So, we went to the store to inquire about her "contract buyout." And guess what? The guy that helped us said that we werent eligible because we did a 2yr contract, her phone was broken, and we werent on an eligible plan... and the so called free accessories, werent free anymore, they were attached to the quote they gave us for adding her on. That to me was very misleading because we specifically asked about it when we made the switch and it wasnt explained. On a different occasion I went to upgrade at Best Buy because, well, they have "better pricing," but guess what they dont have? No customer service once you walk out with your phone. On that occasion, the sales rep forgot to move us back to our plan, and we incurred overage fees, being that we had unlimited data before. I went back to have them make it right and well, they asked me to go to a Sprint store because they didnt have access to their old plans. After a week on the phone with customer service, I was able to go back to my old plan but was still left with a $200 data overage. On a third occasion, we went to Radio Shack, to upgrade my mothers line. We were having issues with my mothers phone not holding a charge. So we took it back, and being that it was within the 14 day return policy, I was expecting to simply return the defective one in like new condition with the box and everything, but they suggested we take it to the Downtown store to have them take a look at it... my mother ended up going back to her old Black Berry and wait until abothet upgrade and the downtown store wasnt able to help us being we were within our return policy. I get we are all only human, and that sales jobs for the most part are high stress, which is why for the most part when you go to any store, whether its Sprint or non cell phone related, you rarely see the same faces, and Ive been in this store and have seen people be unreasonable, clap their hands and asked for these guys to bend over and backwards, pretty much demanding them to do things they cant or are not allowed to do. Regardless, in my experience, these guys have always done a great job at setting proper expectations, walked me and the users on my account through our phones, have helped us with data transfers, the whole nine. I simply hope that they continue to be there every year that I go in to upgrade my phones.

Longtime Sprint customer (+10 years) and have interacted with many different stores around the US since I am in the military. I can say that without a doubt, this location knows how to do things right. Great customer service, VERY knowledgeable staff coupled with personable folks that after one visit, I would go out of my way to see them again. Brandon W. took care of me and he is a model of what any company would want to represent them. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. If every store had a Brandon, they would be successful! That being said, I also saw another employee (Mason) taking care of folks very well. They worked hard to make sure that when busy, that everyone got attention and was taken care of. With so many choices for carriers these days, it comes down to service and this location is doing better than I have ever seen. I wont be going anywhere else because of them.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter and I have gone into the store multiple times to either get new phones or deal with problems. The manager is very rude and never paid attention to what youre saying hes on his phone or hes looking at his emails. I just went in there today to talk to somebody about my phone the volume buttons quit working and I wanted to look into a warranty exchange. Instead he told me I had to pay $200 for an insurance deductible just to get my volume buttons fixed. And made snarky comments the whole time. So I called customer service today and I am able to get a free BRAND NEW phone shipped to me. All I have to say is, your store sucks. Fire your manager and get staff that actually care about their customers. We will NEVER go back to this store and will be referring friends and family to another company.

Superb an excellent customer service! They go above and beyond than any other Sprint store I know to this day. They take care of you, as if you were of their close family members or friends. They all have high expectations an high quality service. My dad an I went to add another family member to our plan. We already have four people so we could only add one more. Every other place we went to was not so helpful an wanted to charge us for this an that and was taking forever. Not to mention really confusing with the process. So we decided to try this location, and just wow. They helped us out so well and were friendly, they walked my dad through the entire delegate process. We were in an out before we knew it an everything was taken care of him.

Horrible liars! Came to this store for an upgrade and told me no store in eugene or springfield had the phone i wanted then called myself after getting a different phone, they lied, then I left with my phone after I paid the amount I owed left on it. They call me two days later and tell me I took my phone (stole) from them.Talked to the manager told him what happened, that I paid my phone and had a receipt, he talked to the guy that sold me the phone and the guy had the nerve to call me a liar. The manager said he would go over the audio and video they have in there store and get back to me. I never heard anything back and got charged the amount on my bill after already paying it.

I had previously had horrible experiences with Sprint, both over the phone and at other locations, to the point that i was thinking of switching carriers. These guys changed my mind. They were amazing. Very helpful, really nice, and they bent over backwards to help us get the best deal possible. They were funny, understanding, and just generally gave some of the best customer service ive had anywhere. We were in on Tuesday, April 12th, in the early afternoon. A huge thank you to Dustin (the main agent helping us), as well as the other agent working. I wish i knew his name! You guys are amazing, and i will refer everyone i can to you!
